We had families meet in a separate room. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, the Azsser Hungarian goulash wasn't that good. The sauce was too thin and had a bland taste. The kitchen and the service were good. Unfortunately, no dogs were allowed to stay overnight. It's a shame. So we lead Just two hours back in the evening.The breakfast.EunevUnreasonable.Dad could still be improved a lot.

We had booked a table for 12 people for dinner on Saturday evening. This reservation was confirmed to us the day before when we asked.Then on Saturday came the shock: there was no reservation and despite space (they could have put a few tables together) they wouldn't be able to accommodate us.Try finding a place to go spontaneously on a Saturday eveningGetting food for 12 people...No chance!! The evening was completely ruined for us and the Hotel Jägerhof... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!And the star is only given because otherwise you can't send the recession!

We stayed here for one night and have to say, the hotel is completely okay.Rooms are clean. The staff were all very friendly too. You can also eat well in the attached restaurant. To all critics who give bad reviews here, I would like to say that the price-performance ratio is great here. If you want or expect more, you may simply have to spend more money. Best regards to the Jägerhof team again

After a car breakdown we had to stay in a hotel and the Jägerhof was right next to the workshop. The rooms were clean, the service was very nice, and the breakfast was absolutely fine. The only thing missing is an elevator. Thank you for the nice accommodation.

Good priceworthy, quite hotel close to the highway. We stopped by on our way south for a night, it was perfect for this purpose.
Breakfast was small but ok, more bread choices would have been appreciated.

On the way from Trier to Berlin I found the beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and attentive, everything was very good all around, always happy. It's not too far from the highway in a nice setting

Went there to eat while passing through. Simply furnished inn. Home cooking. Normal waiting time. Jägerschnitzel and side salad was very tasty. Recommended

We booked spontaneously and it was ok. The food was good in the evening. But we didn't think the breakfast was that good. Lukewarm coffee, rolls were baked but not completely baked, there was a liquid on the sausage plate that we didn't know where it came from... and then there was advertising for the breakfast buffet. Well all in all ok but we wouldn't book here again.

We stayed in a double room for two nights. Rooms well furnished, functional and clean.However, the bathroom was past its best, the shower walls were moldy, which is not possible in a hotel.The service on site was good, the staff was very nice.Since we had bikes with us, we were even able to store them in a garage free of charge.Since the homepage was a bit misleading (the restaurant was only open on Sundays), I wanted to know whether there was a kettle and asked 1-2 more questions by email 3 days before our arrival. Unfortunately the answer only came when we were already at the hotel.Faster communication would be better. By the way, there would have been a kettle.We didn't have breakfast, but it was offered as a buffet.

The small, cozy hotel is located on the edge of the tranquil town of Bad Hersfeld. It is located in a scenic area. Recommended for travelers traveling from north to south and from east to west in the middle of Germany. The breakfast is good, but could still be improved. The service staff is extremely nice and considerate. Thank you, it was a pleasant two days in the hotel.
