Good hotel with self check-in since reception is not staffed.Despite asking 2 days before about breakfast in the house, there was no breakfast in the house, you have to walk 5 minutes to the partner hotel but that really isn't great in the morning

We had a very large room with free use of the coffee capsule machine. We were allowed to use the contents of the minibar free of charge.The bathroom was actually okay, only the very small corner shower was not comfortable.Breakfast was not currently offered, but could be booked at the partner hotel for €13.The bus station is close to the hotel and it can be noisy at times. But when the window is closed it is completely quiet.

The location is optimal and central, the room is largely well equipped, a few little things in the "minibar" were free, check-in was possible as early as 2 p.m. Combined with the very low price, it's a good offer.Unfortunately, the devil is in the details. The room was only superficially clean, fresh black socks were already gray on the soles after 2 minutes. Corners and skirting boards, for example, are not cleaned at all, there were still crumbs behind the curtain and the outside window sill probably hasn't been cleaned in years. The highlight was a shower head with black mold, that shouldn't happen.Personnelless check-in is not a problem in itself, but the fact that names and room numbers are accessible to others and that you even have to write your CVV on a paper form if you want to pay by credit card is absurd.Otherwise, another well-intentioned note. For information sheets, perhaps just have a native speaker look over them; it doesn't seem very professional if there are a lot of mistakes in the German text. For what little there was in English, a translation tool would have been better, as the English texts were, at best, unintentionally funny.

Spacious hotel room close to the old town and a cheap parking garage right in front of the door.Unfortunately, the service cannot be judged because we received a door code by email to get to the hotel.Sustainability was well implemented there, anyone who forgoes fresh towels or fresh bed linen gets sweet treats hung on their door.

We were pleasantly surprised! Checking in is totally easy. We received a code in advance and were therefore able to get our key cards from the safe regardless of the timing. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The sights are within walking distance.Absolutely recommended for us!

We booked it well. Nicely central, unfortunately no parking space, but you can park at the train station for 3.50 per day and it's about a 15 minute walk to the hotel.The rooms are a nice size and very clean. With air conditioning and good sound insulation, we spent the night here quietly and relaxed. There were no disturbing noises from other guests or from the street.

Optimal location, 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes to the castle and cathedral.It's clean, the rooms are a good size, a bit noisy, you can hear the noises from the next room, but you can't hear the street noise.Unfortunately there is no breakfast directly in the hotel.But there are many cafes where you can have a good and inexpensive breakfast.

The hotel is very central. Although the reception was only occupied for 1 hour, the telephone service was perfect. I had a problem upon arrival. The staff was totally helpful and helped me a lot. Thanks again. The room is also very good.

I booked for one night on 30th April 2024. But I found the reception was closed all time when I arrived. I cannot enter the hotel from 9:00 to 16:00. I need to urgently book another hotel on that day. Finally, I received an email from hotel on 1st May 2024 which informed me the lobby was not open and gave me a password to open a key box outside the building. I wonder why they sent this email to me after my check-in date. The hotel has refused to refund any paid rent to me upon my request.

The Hotel am Schlosstheater offers a pleasant stay in a central location. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The facilities, including the restaurant and fitness center, are first class and contribute to an overall positive experience. Cleanliness and hygiene are highly valued. The only suggestion for improvement would be a wider selection at the breakfast buffet. Overall, however, a recommended accommodation for business travelers and holidaymakers alike.

There is actually no service. The reception can only be occupied for 1 hour, breakfast cannot be offered (shortage of staff). This makes the atmosphere impersonal.But the house is very well maintained, the rooms are large and clean and the location is perfect. I would stay there again at any time!
