The receptionist was not unfriendly when we arrived, but unfortunately also indifferent about the parking situation, which is absolutely catastrophic there. I expect a 4-star hotel to provide a solution for visitors! The rooms are clean and functional, but in my opinion they only deserve 3 stars. The breakfast, on the other hand, was decent and absolutely sufficient. On departure, the keys were accepted at check-out, but the usual question about how the stay was was not asked. I have traveled for business and believe that customer feedback is essential and valuable. It's a shame, as this hotel could still have potential for improvement. That's why there are only 3 stars and no recommendation.

It is the second time I have been to this Hotel. Small rooms with the basics and clean. I have paid for promotions on both occasions because I think the price they normally offer is high.

I'm on a business trip. A good, clean hotel for 1 night. Rooms tidy and modern. Price/performance ratio very good. You can walk to the Römer in 20 minutes. Can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to Main and the center, yet outside the crowd, opposite the hotel is the tram stop and Lidl. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day, breakfast is varied and plentiful (weekdays 7-10am, weekends 8-11am), the hotel has its own parking lot and sauna...The only complaint is about the price of the overnight stay, the price for extending the stay is not the same when asking at the reception in German or in another language

The location is central. Unfortunately, however, on a street with little charm. The rooms are practicality and not very clean. The reception is overwhelmed (computer problems) and not very communicative. The breakfast is good, but completely overcrowded.

The hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars, the furnishings are very cheap, the rooms are clean. There is no parking and no information is given at reception; You have to find your own parking space.In the bathroom there is only shampoo, glasses, facial tissues and towels. Not recommend.

Total disappointment.The room we are staying in is not shown on the booking or through hotel reservations.The room had a view of the air conditioning and ventilation, which created constant noise and it was impossible to rest.The hotel has NO PARKING, which is unacceptable.The breakfast is low-fat and the selection is insufficient.The hotel staff is totally uninterested in any communication and is unable to greet the guest.The room was dirty.I do not recommend the hotel because it is too expensive and does not offer any comfort.Disappointment

Location inside a penalty area. There is a problem with parking. And also entering the area with a car due to the restriction of air pollution. The room is small. The breakfast is good. But there is a serious problem for those who come by car.
