We took one room for one night for three people. The room was too small for three people, although the beds were comfortable. Suitable for one night. As for parking: the entrance is sharp downhill, and there is not enough space in the parking lot itself. Turning the car around is very difficult. But the most disgusting thing was the exit; an inexperienced driver can get lost in such a situation. Take care of your tires. It's really hard to get up!!As for the device, it worked - but slowly, there were no problems with it. The staff accommodated us when we asked to leave the car until the evening, although our check-out was before 11. Overall rating 4 out of 10

This is a bad hotel, it pretends to be clean, tidy and well organised, unfortunately this is not the case.Bed not clean, hair still present.Breakfast plate and cups not clean, breakfast was paid for in advance but not consumed.Parking is not really possible, on an impossibly narrow path, you have to fold the mirrors otherwise the car will not fit (Hyundai Kona) and then at the end of the path you find out that the maximum height for parking is 1.72 meters. So the Kona didn't fit.The next day there was no one present at check-out and therefore no possibility to ask for assistance before driving out, due to the folded car mirrors, resulting in damage to the car. It's bizarre that you refer to this in general as parking being possible, while this is very limited and you still have to pay for it.

The room was very basic, but clean, comfortable, and tidy. It's close to the city centre in a lovely location. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient. I highly recommend it for the price and will definitely stay again

The best thing about this hotel is the location.Breakfast for €12.50 was way too expensive for what we were offered.Room itself was okay, but could have been cleaner. We had the feeling that the room wasn't vacuumed at all. Occasionally there was hair in the bed or towels. The shower felt like it was falling apart. It smelled like urine in the bathroom. There are parking spaces, but getting out of this underground car park is very difficult. Because of the curve, our tires started spinning and the car had to be pushed along.

Excellent hotel for the location, rooms not very clean, mostly you never understand the cleaning times, they start in the morning at 9 and some days you have to stay if you are resting in the room in the afternoon because they don't bother to knock and they come into your room directly. Dear Sirs, as in all hotels, cleaning is only done in the morning. Especially if you check out at 11 in the morning.

Hotel Arena at the zooWe stayed here for two nights because we had appointments in Frankfurt. The first impression from the street was quite sober. When we moved into the room, the first impression was pragmatic and functional, just enough for showering and sleeping. Now when I took a closer look, I personally felt sick. There was some small film on the pillow and fine dust or sand can't tell for sure.As for functionality, we had a room where the TV didn't work. We could have had another room, but to be honest, it looked really cluttered. So we preferred to stay without TV.In the bathroom there was still hair in the shower, dirt and hair on the edge of the floor.Yes... the shower is also simple and functional, you can only shower with one hand because you have to hold the shower head, there was no holder. The shower tray is so smooth, which makes showering an adventure. The small hallways and the stairwell didn't exactly look cleaned....The reception is only open a few hours a day, but not really staffed. By the way, it smells like smoke in here, which is disgusting to me...Breakfast was prepared in a small kitchen in the basement next to the underground car park. The discounter breakfast here costs 12.50.Expired OJ in a small refrigerator.Sausage, ham and cheese lay on serving plates with ice pack cooling and lids that could be closed. Now this function was not used here, the whole thing was in the dining room from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. without cooling and not covered. If you think that the tables and chairs are wiped down after you leave the place, you are wrong. This all works with your own initiative.Service, well what can I say...not rude, but we had the impression...someone wasn't interested??? Anyway 🤷My conclusion: there is nothing wrong with limiting yourself to functionality when running a hotel like this for little money. But functionality should also be guaranteed. What really, really bothers me is the lack of cleanliness. The whole hotel is dingy, moldy fruit, tarnished sausage, drinks that expire without refrigeration...Despite all the functionality and inexpensive accommodation, I have no understanding of this. For me, cheap doesn't mean bad, but this is underground.Whether the location here still makes it out...not for me. Zoo 5 min and city 8 min on foot.P.S. Unfortunately it doesn't show up so well in the pictures...
