There was no overhead light, no trash can, no safe, and there was no hot water downstairs in the lobby because the kitchen was closed after 10 p.m. I would just put up a machine with coffee, cocoa and tea. Otherwise the room was clean and fine for 2 nights.

Unfortunately, communication is extremely poor... we arrived in the middle of the night and were supposed to call ahead to check in and get the code for the underground car park, but that was probably so difficult to understand and it took a long time until we were able to do so we could finally arrive. Unfortunately, what we wanted to communicate was never really understood and the staff was totally unmotivated and listless. The room was fine, but when we were out in the morning and had 100% locked the door after checking several times - it was open in the evening and we were afraid for our valuables. The door was just open half the day!!!! The staff forgot to close it while cleaning. We were really shocked. Unfortunately there was absolutely no reaction to this and more of a don't give a damn attitude at the reception! So not recommended - the stay was far too stressful. The concept is great, but apparently too difficult for the staff to implement…

The B&B Hotel in Offenbach Kaiserlei is super cheap. Considering this, the rooms are surprisingly large, the service is fair, everything is clean, even the underground car park is free of nasty corners and edges. There's really nothing wrong with that. Update: unfortunately, there is a horrible smell coming from the drains at night: one star has to go, sorry.

Stayed here to make it easy for early flight out of Frankfurt the next day. Very few hotels in Europe have air conditioners so this is a great choice to keep the widows closed and sleep cool. Got a great nights rest. Not much in the area to see. The only thing for eating in walking distance was an Asian restaurant. It had good food, not your typical cheap Asian express food you find everywhere in Germany. Just a heads up, if you plan on parking here they have an underground parking ramp which is a little tight. An also tank up before you park if you're heading out early to the airport. I didn't see any gas stations on the way to the airport port.

The gentleman at the reception (replacement/temp) was thrown into the deep end with his room allocation. Unfortunately there was only one room too few.The gentleman was very friendly and accommodating. He did everything possible to make everything possible that was promised to us (including the bus parking right next to the hotel.That's what stars are for.The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable.Unfortunately, a gentleman suddenly appeared in our room early in the morning and wanted to clean it.However, I think it's a shame that the breakfast is so highly praised.We arrived at the breakfast room at 8:50 am. Unfortunately, the first two bowls I picked up were dirty. When I wanted to give these to the service, I was directed to the dish trolley.There weren't many rolls left, there were still 7 slices of sausage and there was no cheese left in the fridge. It was only refilled when guests pointed it out.Not a single table was clean.It would also be good if, for example, the jams were deducted 2 points from the service

The service in the evening was good.The breakfast buffet was very, very poor.Reason: on Sunday at 9 a.m. there were no sausages, cheese, butter or multivitamin juice at the buffet, the search for the service took about 10 minutes.Since I'm a bus driver, I had no choice but to reduce my breakfast significantly and eat it hectically.Which is probably not in the spirit of management.Too bad

Unfortunately, the implementation of CSR was not appropriate. I received new towels every day even when not used.Unfortunately, SKY TV was not available and neither were the SmartTV functions. The staff said that I can also connect to the TV with an HDMI cable, but this is not possible due to the installation situation of the TV. The free use of the coffee machine in the foyer was very practical but from the second day onwards there were no more mugs or cups and you always got a mug/cup if you asked. Unfortunately, the snack machine does not have a card reader or a banknote slot and can therefore only be operated with hard money. I think there is still a bit of catching up to do, but I definitely had a restful sleep.The location is not exactly in the center but is well connected. Recommended for business overnight stays.

You get what you pay for.In this respect, you should give your assessment on this basis. For less than 60 euros I get a decent room that is basically clean. The bathroom is practical and functional. You can tell from the bathroom that it is not a classic B&B bathroom, but rather a rebranded IBIS hotel. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely OK. Well, for the price it's really OK!

Friendly service at reception. Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable, clean and not worn out. The rooms are functional and limited to the bare essentials. There is neither a refrigerator nor a kettle.Due to the location in the industrial area, it was quite loud at night with the windows open. I couldn't find up to 15 SKY TV programs.An ideal hotel for a business trip

The hotel looks neat and modern from the outside and inside. Checking in via the check-in machine did not work. You couldn't pay there. Fortunately, there was someone at the reception, so everything still worked out.Once again there was no bottle of water available in the room itself. This is also not offered at reception. Drinking something in the room is also difficult, because there are cups available. The shower head is rickety and the shower drain was open, causing the bathroom to smell like sewage. The beds are good. You can turn on the air conditioning and it works fine. The breakfast is good.The hotel is located in an area where there are many vacant businesses. However, you can easily walk to the 'harbour' (if you walk along the cycle path you will come to a new neighborhood where you can eat something and stroll around) or take the S bahn (Leder Museum) to go to Frankfurt...
