A mixed experience:Digital check-in:Digital check-in had its disadvantages here. I received an inadequate email at 3:00 p.m. After a phone call, I received a new email and couldn't get into the room until 3:30 p.m., which took me half an hour.Cleanliness:The floor was noticeably dusty. The sink drained slowly and there were black stains on the bed. There was also no daily room service.Location:The location of the hotel is excellent, and the soundproofing is very good. The bed was also comfortable.

Overall a mixed experience. Positive aspects were the clean and comfortable bed, the free water bottle and the online check-in. Despite the location, the apartment was very quiet and the train station is within walking distance.Unfortunately the coffee machine wasn't clean, there was no selection of teas or sugar and the shower had mold and hair. The floor was dusty especially under the bed and the windows were dirty. The drain in the sink was broken and could no longer be opened. The walls had cracks and the area around the hotel was a bit unsafe at night. Some additional services are overpriced in relation to the condition of the hotel and are not justified.I hope for more cleanliness and maintenance in the future.

Located near the train station, not the best area to stay in Frankfurt because of poor attendance, however the hotel was quiet and we had no security problemsComfortable and clean family room, not on the street side so wake up in peaceIndependent check-in and check-out, there is no one on site in case of problems

Our room was clean and tidy, we were really happy for the price. The location is of course not the best, but a lot can be reached on foot or by tram that runs directly in front of the door.

Be careful, stay away! The room wasn't cleaned, there was smelly water in the sink and holes in the bedsheet. No help. The price already charged has not been refunded.

Catastrophe. The bed wasn't made new and there was no reception and no one to reach. No staff. Everything yourself with code. It's even creepier there in the evenings. My wife didn't even dare to leave the room

Room well organized and very clean. The location is average, because at night, there are bad elements and traffic on the streets, which makes it a little insecure. During the day, ok, but at night, avoid it!

Overall interesting hotel - apartment block style - but clean and tidy. The area is not recommended after 8 p.m. In particular, the journey from the main station to the hotel should be avoided. The hotel can't help it, it's just a tip.

Location is perfect- 5 mins walk from train station and less that 10 mins walk to the river.Rooms are in good condition but could be a bit cleaner(dirt under beds and lots of hairs on the floors; also items from previous items left in room- we had a shoe and a pair of socks in one of our rooms and plastic bags in another) .Otherwise, adequate for the price, good aircon, quiet if windows closed and good beds. Also feels safe, despite entry codes access system and no reception downstairs.

It is a hotel that is good for value for money. Rooms are in good condition for the price. There is no reception in that sense (there used to be). It all works via telephone or email contact. But I also received competent and good help right away. The main door opens with a PIN and the room door is also secured with a PIN code.There is also water and coffee in the room in the morning

Booked via booking. Com.....paid!!Hotel was closed!!Nobody could help us...no reception....only by phone via call center....Dirty entrance!!!Disaster!!!!!Please don't book !!

Stay during August 2023. Worst stay of my life because of bedbugs! It was the first time in my life that this happened to me, from the first night it was impossible to sleep because of all the bites from these bedbugs which really ruined my stay. We had seen little creatures on the curtains when we arrived but we were in denial until the sleepless night that I spent waking up every hour with new bedbug bites and this unbearable burning sensation. The staff moved me to another room but there is no help with washing clothes so it's still a personal expense to make on top of the hotel price. The lady at reception repeats that it is foreign travelers who bring back these bedbugs. The hotel claimed that it was going to contact a disinfection company but I advise you to be wary, they actually have no obligation to do so...

Upon arrival the hotel was closed, there was a sign on the door stating that 'The Corner Hotel is now closed'. Calling the phone number on the sign proved to be useless and after asking around it turned out that we weren't the first to be faced with a closed door. We had to find another hotel. We had booked this hotel in september for a stay in march. An email explaining the situation beforehand would have been nice (and a refund!), no such thing happened. Not recommended.

The very last hotel - we had booked four months in advance - the shed was closed on the day of arrival!!!Without explanation - we could have at least canceled!! Had to look for new hotels on a Saturday afternoon!!Corner?Never again!!!

BE CAREFULL this hotel has shut down! booked in booking and we arrived on March 3rd we found it closed. not available any more in Booking. we booked in october 2023- nobody answers . booking found us a room in NIU CHARLY hotel at 100 m. booking reacted quickly once we call them. booking was for 6 nights
