Cheap to stay here, relatively clean and relatively quiet. But only for modest demands you get what you pay for. Nice people anyway. You can start hiking straight away and the WiFi is good.

When is the new restaurant coming? Announced for 1-2 years but unfortunately nothing so far :/E: Still nothing new, is there probably a refugee accommodation in the completely renovated posh facility?!🤷🏻♂️

This hotel is now also an event center for weddings.Not recommended at allOverpriced not accommodatingAnd merciless fooling.We took the owner's new location at Gaulskopf in Langgöns for our daughter's wedding because the nova was fully booked.As bitter as it is, people's feelings are treated mercilessly here. It's all about profit.We were promised a completed location with 100% service. The “Nova Standard” promised. We got a dusty entrance and completely rude service staff from the women. When asked to set up more tables, the team was already overwhelmed.Completely unprofessional. I warn everyone to put every agreement in writing. The owner likes to forget things and dump everything on you. So during the viewing we were shown a different stage and on the wedding day we were horrified when there was another background that had been poorly prepared with curtains. Which have fallen down several times. He promised us a Pakistani cook, which was also a lie. The food was enough, but it was far from the quality that I am used to at comparable event centers. Not to mention that these are cheaper. I recommend every countryman take a different location. Here it is completely overpriced and the professionalism is completely lacking. Drinks were refilled late or not at all. The clearing was just as disastrous.

In my 13 years of assembly, this was the last hotel ever. Very incompetent boss. Very impolite. You have to pay when you check in. I booked three days. But it was finished in two days. And I had to pay for three days. Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten a room at all. Then I had to be told not to act like that, the company would pay for it anyway. Bathroom wasn't clean. The alcohol bottles and the full ashtray from the previous tenants were still on the balcony. And the next day my room wasn't even made yet. Bed not full of trash, bathroom not cleaned and the things on the balcony were still there. Breakfast wasn't great either. There was warm water and the heating worked but that was all. So I really don't recommend it.

We travel to a lot of hotels in Germany with the company but this was by far the most disgusting thing we had. The toilets in the rooms were full of mold stains. Stains in the shower. Old worn out rooms. One star for the clean bed linen and the warm water.

+ great hotel+ quiet location+ very friendly staff+ Breakfast included and huge selection. And it was delicious too!+ Room has everything you need.+ Beds are very comfortable.+ The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature+ only about 20 minutes to Frankfurt and the surrounding area.+ small but friend bowling alley.- nothing to complain about!Very satisfied and my favorite on my next trip.
