The location was quite good for my needs. There were shopping opportunities nearby and it was only 15 minutes to the Frankfurt Book Fair.BUT: Disgusting sanitary facilities. There were dried streaks of dirt on the walls, sticky dust everywhere. It stank and there was black mold around the edges. The shower heads were calcified and there was no soap. The WiFi reception was also terrible. The beds were uncomfortable because the sagging mattresses were simply turned over. So you lay elevated directly on the springs.

Despite stating that I am in a wheelchair and that it is considered an obstacle-free, I was not able to turn around in the room with the wheelchair.Also extremely dirty, dusty and the handycap toilet was so horrible, pee on the floor etc that I stopped and only went to the toilet at the trade fair.The bathroom has 2 showers and 2 toilets and only one sink. If 8 women want to brush their teeth, it's absurd.Positively, we met nice people. Location is ideal and the view is great.Conclusion; Please vacuum, dust, change blankets and pillows, wet clean, clean windows. And offer a real wheelchair room for 2-4 people

Rooms and sanitary facilities overall very unclean. Window in the room couldn't be closed.Staff friendly.Location good, as there is a connection to public transport on the doorstep and shopping/restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

What should I say about this place...Stinky, that kitchen looks like a garbage dump, maybe I saw a rat, I think I saw several, I just didn't know who was who, but the truth is that there were many rats.Be very careful with this site. Besides, the area is dangerous. Great care. Hypocrisy to the max. Very strange people. People...people...

Rooms need to be cleaned/cleaned thoroughly. Many places with dust and dirt and hand rubs. The toilet wasn't clean either. But the staff was very nice and friendly hence the second star.

I recently stayed at Panoram Hostel in Frankfurt, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. As a frequent traveler, I understand that hostels are typically budget-friendly and may lack certain luxuries, but this place was beyond disappointing.First, the staff was incredibly unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful, providing minimal information and showing no regard for customer service. Simple requests were either ignored or met with an attitude.The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The rooms and common areas were dirty and poorly maintained, with dust and dirt clearly visible.On top of that, they tried to overcharge for everything.

Little privacy, small rooms for so many beds. Lots of noise. Poor cleaning in the bathroom. They don't offer sheets, just a used blanket and pillow. The receptionist continually enters the room.

The area behind the hostel is run down. And met some strange people. You also share the bathroom and toilets with others. In addition, the bathroom was a bit dirty. Wouldn't recommend it.We were glad that we were only there for one night, otherwise we would have looked for an alternative.

Panorama has something to suit everyone. I like the atmosphere/vibe it creates, great staff. Great location, great view, gym on the 3rd floor, store and tram stop just outside the building. There is beauty in simplicity and that is what Panorama is!! 😁👍
