A very nice, cozy and clean hotel. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. It is not far from the motorway and yet quiet. Really great - I'll definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying as a guest at this charming hotel and was very satisfied. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable.I was particularly impressed by the lovingly prepared breakfast every morning. It was obvious that the hosts had put a lot of effort and love into the preparation. There was a wide range of fresh and healthy food, from fresh fruit and yoghurt to delicious egg dishes and fresh rolls. I always looked forward to enjoying breakfast and it was the perfect start to my day.Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Apart & Heu Hotel Hofmann and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and cozy hotel.Best regardsAlexander

We spent the night in the hay as a family and totally enjoyed it. We were lovingly provided with everything we needed - even a mood lamp. The crowning glory was a breakfast that really had everything you could wish for. Thank you very much! You couldn't be better as a host!!!

Actually, while I was looking for a campsite (which are not nearly as common on the Fulda as on the Weser), I discovered an arrow pointing to the Heuhotel along the cycle path. Very lucky coincidence!You could hardly be welcomed more hospitably, sleeping in the hay was a great pleasure, and the fact that I wanted to cycle off early and have breakfast early was no problem at all given the heat.Thank you very much, this was one of the most pleasant accommodations of all my cycling trips over the decades!

We found this great hostel in the hay just a few meters from the R1 cycle path and were immediately warmly welcomed. Even without registering, everything was prepared for us immediately. Everything very clean. The evening with campfire, games and drinks was very nice together with the hosts! We were also very impressed by the lovingly and completely prepared and very rich and delicious breakfast buffet. We can really recommend this accommodation and would like to thank you again for the great hospitality and the great experience in the hay!
