Arrive, feel good and relax - the tiny house is the perfect place to wind down and relax. After more than two years we finally made it back here (we have often remembered our first visit since then :)). Even though we were only there for one night, we were able to switch off straight away in this lovingly furnished house. Especially in the evening, the tiny house is a place where you can only feel good thanks to the cozy, warm light. During the day we took a nice walk around the lake and enjoyed the barbecue season with sausages and stick bread in the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful garden. Last but not least, we would like to thank you for the great hospitality! We are already looking forward to the next forest break!

Our short break with Dana in the tiny house was really pure relaxation. We felt incredibly comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, which was also due to the fact that Dana gave us a warm welcome and helped us directly with all of our questions and concerns, at virtually any time of the day or night. The interior of the house is incredibly lovingly designed and everything you need is there. We also tried ice bathing under Dana's expert guidance and really learned to love it. The small sauna, which you can use at any time, was a highlight not only after ice bathing. Since we as students were also very flexible with our time (and at the same time not so financially flexible :-)) and no one else had booked on the day we left, we were allowed to spend the whole day there and then just like that for free hang on for a night. That was really a highlight for us, as we were already sad on Sunday morning that we actually had to leave.We really had a wonderful time and would love to come back. After all, we still have to test out the tiny house in the other three seasons :-).

Super cute tiny house with a beautiful garden! We felt very comfortable in our own temporary mini house! Gladly again at any time and very beautiful surroundings for autumn walks!

A great forest (h) break for us as a young family! Campfire with mulled wine on the terrace, a winter barbecue and the fireplace evenings were our highlight, along with the walks around the wooden meadow pond (more like a small lake) and in the forest. The holiday home is comfortably furnished and as described, there was also a high chair.Dana is a great host, great communication, very nice and uncomplicated. Full recommendation!

We were able to spend two wonderful nights in the tiny house at Wald(h)auszeit and are absolutely thrilled. The delicious smell of pine wood is totally inviting and the house has everything you need to live in.The surroundings, the beautiful lake and the hiking area leave nothing to be desired.We will come back 🌲🥾

We had a few really relaxing days in the wooden house. Everything has been thought of when it comes to the equipment, and it also scores points with a well thought-out concept and attention to detail. What needs to be mentioned, however, is that you could constantly hear the highway when you stayed in the beautiful outdoor area.

Great accommodation on the way south or to simply unwind. The house and the surrounding garden are landscaped and maintained with a lot of love. There is everything your heart desires: infrared sauna, covered barbecue area, sun terrace, beach shelter with sand for the little ones and a small lake for swimming.Dana is very attentive and had everything prepared for our needs (baby ->socket protection, changing area, baby bed).The place is centrally located near the cities worth seeing, such as Marburg and Fulda. There are also numerous hiking trails in the area.

The Waldhaus has a high feel-good factor and extremely nice landlords. We didn't miss anything and as motorcyclists we really enjoyed a week in a great, varied landscape with endless curves! Despite being close to the motorway, the property is in an absolutely quiet location and you are in the middle of nature.

We had a wonderful and relaxing break in the Waldhaus. The equipment is more than top, everything has been thought of. The fireplace creates a feel-good atmosphere and the large garden invites you to linger. The lake right next to the house is perfect for a short walk and the region offers many great destinations for big excursions. We would like to come again.

Effort, good performance and nice people deserve praise and a big thank you! Super nice Dana and the Waldhaus was the best example of this. My husband and I stayed in the forest house over the weekend. We received a very warm welcome from Dana and felt extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and every detail was thought of to make the guests feel comfortable. We enjoyed our time in the forest house and can only recommend it. In my opinion the house deserves more than 5 stars...And a big thank you to the lovely host Dana.

We arrived here on a (unfortunately rainy) afternoon. After we parked our car, we were greeted in an extremely friendly and somewhat stormy manner by Dana and her dog. Dana showed us everything here and gave us a little tour. The tiny house is simply paradise! We were able to switch off completely, take in nature and simply appreciate the peace and quiet! The furnishings are tasteful and have small, great details. We will especially remember the smell! It smells incredibly great of forest and nature.Thank you very much for your hospitality and the little welcome on our pillow :) The short weekend was really worth it, so I'd love to come back!!Kind regards, Magda and Jake

Dana and Ralf's house is extremely comfortably furnished. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. The closeness to nature can be felt throughout the house. The highlights were the fireplace and the rocking chair. Dana and Ralf gave us a very warm welcome and were available at any time. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The neighbors were friendly and open-minded. A very relaxing holiday, we would recommend it at any time and would be happy to come back again soon.

A short time away, but then it was a success! I knew I would find what I was looking for with Dana. And so, at the end of May 2021, the two of us finally went on vacation again.Wooden bungalow, a little garden + green & blue in the area - those were the expectations and they were easily exceeded! (We were aware that the beautiful building could hear something from the highway depending on the wind and it didn't bother us; it's not a "Canada wasteland" 😉 )The bungalow is really well equipped (high quality & lovingly). The garden is large, I would like to experience it green/colorful again.My highlights were clearly the natural pavilion in the back part of the garden, the paddle boat and the beautiful, fresh lake (approx. 50 m away). And the bird scenery “on the spot”...You can start short hikes directly on site, otherwise there are many options in the area. Shopping is easy in the village next door (and even hellofresh delivers by then).That was just lovely, thank you & see you soon!
