If the owner reads this review, I want to say that I didn't make the review easy. And all criticism should be understood as constructive.Location: Anyone who knows anything about Limburg will certainly know the "Tafelspitz" near the parking garage. The restaurant "Il Greco" is now located in these premises. It is easily accessible on foot from the surrounding car parks.Rooms: Just like Tafelspitz, Il Greco is also very stylishly furnished. Everything is very clean and pleasant. The stylish vases with real red roses were particularly pleasant. The disadvantage of the rooms is that when the room is full, the volume level can become quite unpleasant, at least for me. You can hardly have a conversation without leaning over the table and speaking very loudly to the person you are talking to. Of course the owner has no influence here. A slight reduction in the number of tables for two would probably help, but that is probably not economically justifiable.Service: I definitely have to give high praise here. We received a very friendly welcome and were taken straight to the table reserved for us. The menu and daily menu were also immediately available. We were served by different waiters throughout the meal. All of them were really very attentive and friendly. Honestly friendly. No fake “the customer is always right” friendly. Some restaurants could very well take a big leaf out of this.Food/Drinks: The amount of food is manageable, from starters to dessert. And I don't mean that in a negative way. On the contrary. Smaller cards usually mean better quality of the initial products. For example, the daily menu includes dishes such as rabbit ragout, which is difficult or impossible to find in the surrounding area. We had the Bifteki on the menu and a pasta casserole with organic minced veal. The casserole was very tasty and the spices were fabulously adapted to the overall concept. However, due to the considerable height of the casserole, the lower layers of the noodles were relatively dry. Maybe reduce the amount of noodles here. The Bifteki was... different from what I know. And even 24 hours later, I'm not really sure whether I like it or not. The Bifteki is made from ground beef. At first bite I found the spices unpleasant to be honest. But I can't define what it is exactly. When you get to the sheep's cheese, which I don't use enough of, the range of spices fits again. What I didn't like was the texture of the meat. I really can't describe it any other way but the texture was like a farce that was way too solid. Not rubbery but still quite unpleasant in the mouth. Unfortunately the fries were already quite cold. But what really broke my heart was the tzatziki. Not unpleasant but after the finished product and with far too little garlic.Since neither of us drink alcohol, our selection was limited to water and cola, unfortunately not Coca-Cola but Sinalco. The wine and appetizer lists are sufficiently large. For beer lovers there is original Greek beer. Conclusion, unfortunately I can only give it 3 stars. And here's why. Even though that may sound pedantic and certainly not everyone will notice.Currently, for me, Il Greco is not where it would like to be. It wants to be an upscale restaurant but gets in its own way. For me, especially with regard to “corporate design”.Plates don't match each other or the cutlery.Prices are “steep”. €18.50 for the Bifteki is too much.

We came over for dinner today. My sheep's cheese should have spent a longer time in the oven and was missing a marinade. The fried vegetables were delicious. Unfortunately the moussaka was cold, but otherwise tasted good. Unfortunately the bifteki was too dry and the cheese was saved a lot. The rosemary potatoes were partly too firm, but very well seasoned. We would also have liked an ouzo at the end. Price performance wasn't quite right. In general, everything was still delicious.
