The price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. The attic rooms are uninhabitable in summer. The included earplugs on the pillow are of no use. Very, very hot and when you open the windows you can no longer hear yourself (passing traffic) or you get bitten by countless mosquitoes. The mini staircase to the room resembles a ladder. The breakfast buffet was very poor.

Unfortunately there is no zero star rating, but the negative reviews speak for themselves! But the worst thing is the incredibly unfriendly and rude manner of the hotel owner!I'm curious to see what kind words you can find for me now, Mr. Orthwein!Anyone interested should read the reply comments from this "gentlemen". Apparently the "good nursery" was on vacation when Mr. Orthwein was supposed to visit them.It wasn't possible to clarify things on site because you don't want to know anything about hospitality, but especially about the hotel industry's magic saying "Better fake friendly than really unfriendly"!A disgrace for the entire hospitality industry! The body shaming that you also do on your website is the very last thing(https://www.hotel-orthwein.de/hotel/zimmer.html)So are you now claiming that a 2m bodybuilder weighing 130kg or a 168cm tall, fuller woman cannot fit into your showers and therefore are not allowed to book a room with you, or do the guests first have to be weighed like cattle for slaughter? And yes, I'm rating here under "Alias" because I don't want to give you another opportunity to rob me of any more life energy in any way.And yes, it took me a few days to be able to digest what I had experienced with you!A well-intentioned piece of advice at this point, try to take something positive from these negative reviews, because anyone who defends themselves is accusing themselves.Question your attitude and whether you should change careers.

THE HOTEL was completely overpriced for my taste at 130 euros. The room was very clean and quiet and the price/performance ratio wasn't right. …

Very friendly welcome, nice room. The old house has a lot of charm. In our room we didn't notice anything of the street and hardly anything of the train line. …

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all! - Restaurant visit only! - No overnight stay! This became clear again on my last visit, I won't eat here again and won't recommend it to anyone!Per:- Service was friendly and accommodating, everything was fine. There is nothing to complain about here.- The side salad for €4 was delicious with a tasty dressing!- Schnitzel tasted okay, fries were also okay.Cons:- 5.5€ for a 0.5L beer, 5€ for a 0.4 cola. Somewhere, living and letting live stops. Beer in the Hofbräuhaus in Munich doesn't even cost €5.5! That is simply too expensive! Schnitzel with a few fries for €13. Actually a good price if you get something for it. But the quantity and quality expected on the plate are not worth €13 for me personally! There is still room for improvement for the restaurant!Another event that occurred on the evening of the visit was that another guest found a metallic nut in his dish. Just imagine if one of the children who ate there that evening had swallowed them. It is commendable to mention that the court then went on the house.Sorry, but unfortunately not again!
