I deducted a star from the room because in some corners you can swing a brush again and the upholstered furniture is very worn out. But the cleanliness is great and the friendly welcome and the very nice, competent bartenders were particularly great. The breakfast was particularly great, great fruit, everything was always appetizingly prepared and clean. Overall a 5 star stay. An Irish bartender and a very nice car master were particularly friendly and attentive.

Sent again from the hotel to Dagobertshausen. It is simply wonderful to experience good hospitality and gastronomy. Here I can reflect alone, enjoy it as a couple and I have also met and celebrated with 100+ people: the team can do all of this excellently

I waited a long time for my vouchers to be refunded because I couldn't use them during the Corona period. Unfortunately, customer service was also very unfriendly and unaccommodating.

Great hotel with very nice rooms. Quite extensive grounds, which means the path to the spa area can be a little further. Very friendly attentive staff. For the kids there was a little something delivered straight to their room! Thanks again for this, the children were very happy. Underground parking available, but unfortunately a bit too few spaces if there is an event in the building. Unfortunately we had to park outside in the evening.

Very nice hotel spread over several houses. Location near the main train station and within walking distance of the old town. Garage directly below the hotel. Everything can be reached by elevator.

Very nice, impressive hotel! Fantastic ambience, stylishly furnished, the breakfast was very good and plentiful, the restaurant with Italian flair is also recommended.Our double room is impressive, almost a small suite! Good service, competent staff, very accommodating reception. Unfortunately, we had to leave early, but at reception we were promptly offered a percentage refund for the unused overnight stay and the unused breakfast without us even asking!Conclusion, a highly recommended hotel that we would like to visit again!Worth mentioning for us as electric car drivers, 3 charging stations right in front of the hotel entrance.

Aesthetically not nice but not a problem if it is kept clean and there is always enough parking space for customers.It was a great experience for me.Gladly again!

Our stay was a 'wow' from start to finish. The reception staff and every single employee we came across greeted us and smiled. The breakfast is better than at many other hotels. The interior is stylish and well coordinated. The wellness area is clean and modern. You can relax here and unwind with a massage.

For us, the Vila Vita Rosenpark is one of the few hotels that we have enjoyed visiting for more than 20 years, be it for business or pleasure.The ambience is fantastic, the interior color coordinates perfectly with the furniture and the home accessories including pictures are very tastefully selected.The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious, the housekeeping is attentive and discreet and the reception, i.e. the hotel staff at the reception, is always courteous, friendly and if something doesn't fit, solution-oriented and extremely helpful.The spa and sauna area is small but nice. The harmonious and quiet ambience is also reflected here.The breakfast buffet is more than substantial and offers a wide selection to suit every taste.Even gluten-free bread can be provided if required.We are always happy to come to you.

I've been to many hotels. This one is special. The atmosphere and furnishings of the entire hotel are stylish and cozy. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want in top quality. The spa and fitness area is also well equipped. The staff, no matter in which area, listens to your every wish as a guest and is friendly at all times.
