Beautiful medieval place with many half-timbered houses. The castle towers over the town. The Hotel Himmelreich has been completely renovated and breakfast is taken in the Schloss Hotel, 90 meters away. There are lots of fresh things such as various salads and even gluten-free rolls and muesli. All highly recommended! Very nice helpful staff. Everything perfect! I would go there again. The hotel is quietly located opposite the castle park.

Central location in town, yet very quiet. Simply heavenly. Everything renovated, very neat and clean! The atmosphere in the castle hotel during breakfast was very pleasant.Women, take a cosmetic mirror with you, we think this is missing in the bathroom. The long-running ventilation in the bathroom is very good, but not exactly quiet. The very friendly staff wanted to take care of it. The beds are very good. The flat screen could be larger given the distance, the cable hanging diagonally to the device doesn't fit at all!There are 3 parking spaces at the house, if free then free.The spa park opposite invites you to linger, as does the “associated” beer garden and the restaurants in general. Very nice hotel in a beautiful location.

Beautiful hotel (freshly renovated), stylishly furnished.Great and very very friendly staff.Excellent breakfast (high quality), no baking items or inferior food.Fully recommended.Also very nice, large and bright meeting rooms.I would love to come back to this enchanting city.5 stars, thank you for the pleasant stay 👍

We felt very comfortable. The surroundings were also very beautiful. Breakfast was great. In the large living room you could provide water for the waterproof so you can make yourself a coffee or tea. We'll definitely be back.

A place to feel good! Without Travelzoo and Google we would probably never have ended up here...we are all the more grateful for these 2 beautiful days in this place and this very nice hotel! Everything has been newly renovated and very stylish and attractively furnished. Particular emphasis is placed on the breakfast buffet (which takes place in the associated castle hotel). A large selection of delicacies and many of them freshly prepared. We didn't miss anything...we would have needed more days to try everything! The staff is always polite and present, thank you very much for that!

Great house with beautiful rooms. You immediately felt comfortable. Everything was super clean. There is also a comfortably furnished common room where you can chill or socialize with other guests. The staff are very friendly. The Kingdom of Heaven is just a few meters away from the main building, the Schloßhotel, where you can enjoy a delicious, varied breakfast. The sauna area there is really an insider tip for relaxing.We can only recommend the Kingdom of Heaven!

I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The staff were very friendly. The sauna area is modern and wonderfully equipped. The room was also as described and the bed was very comfortable. I slept like I was on clouds. The breakfast buffet in the castle hotel (which is only a few meters away) was also very good and plentiful. The only thing I personally missed was pancakes. There was freshly prepared warm scrambled eggs.

Super nice hotel with a great breakfast and a very nice wellness area in the castle hotel.The rooms were as good as new and the staff was great. One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far.Can only be recommended 👍

A really great hotel! From the beginning of the reservation to the check out, absolutely great service! Very friendly staff, great rooms that have been renovated to a high standard, great beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. We felt completely at home! The great location and accessibility make it a pearl at the feet of the fairytale castle in Braunfels. We'll be back and are already looking forward to the next time!

We can hardly wait to sleep in the Fürstenhof for the first night. The castle hotel is already so beautiful and the Fürstenhof will definitely be too. :-)
