So we would definitely not book this hotel a second time!In our opinion, the price/performance ratio at the front and back doesn't match.The staff at reception and at breakfast are very friendly. We sat at the bar for 20 minutes and no one came. You had to go personally to the kitchen to ask someone to order your drink.The breakfast buffet was very clear, no fresh fruit, only 1 type of cheese, the Assam tea bags were empty and there was no refill. The coffee was very thin for our taste. The eggs were so hard they were blue or green.Maybe we're too picky, or we're just used to something else (?)... But when broken milk jugs sit on the breakfast tables for two days, curtains lie under the bench in the breakfast room, or the seat and back of the bench at the bar have cracks like this... . these are the little things that we somehow don't expect from a hotel for 124€/night/double room!The whirlpool was freezing cold Friday to Sunday. Despite asking, he remained cold. The showers in the wellness area were in more than need of an overhaul. The shower heads sprayed in every direction except where they were supposed to. Some of the cold water hoses broke after visiting the sauna.The room/bathroom in the room, however, was completely okay/clean. There was a minibar, but we didn't use it.Unfortunately the beds were equipped with down pillows. Which can lead to headaches for allergy sufferers. (Reminder to myself: always have your own pillow with you!)As I said: This rating reflects our opinion.

The rooms were small but nice, everything you need for an overnight stay.The service at breakfast, well.The plates weren't cleared away, you had to keep asking for coffee and milk and sugar, and the buffet was refilled very slowly.The hotel itself was very quaint, but also a bit old.

In itself a very nice hotel, great old house. Nice rooms. Good service. Sauna area also great. But on the one hand it's all carpeted and on the other hand it's incredibly noisy. Both towards the corridor and towards the street. Extremely warm in summer. Difficult.What the hotel can't do is the somewhat strange, ghetto-like location. I don't want to walk around here alone, especially in the evening.

Location:Right on the street. Parking opposite. With a room facing the street it can be really noisy. Some rooms are noisy. I heard other guests snoring. But it's centrally located to the park, Liebfrauenkirche, castle 🏰 and city center.Rooms: 210dark furniture, no safe, the edge of the carpet is partly hanging away. Mattresses could be better. Small closet.Equipment:has swimming pool and sauna. Unfortunately the whirlpool was broken, the steam sauna was switched off, and the cold shower only lasted 39 seconds. After pressing the water button, other shower, the water came out next to the shower head, holder for soap torn off, the drinks down in the spaDepartment not refilled.Dining room: it's very warm there, you can't open the windows.Eat:Breakfast: classic buffet. Everything is available. Fresh sausage was a little gray on the edge one day.Dinner: had 3 course menu. Everything was good. Too expensive both in terms of taste and drinks. They would have to be reduced by 1 euro per drink so that I would be satisfied.Staff and hotel management very friendly

Nice hotel, the room in the tower was very nice. But that was it…SPA hotel? Jacuzzi broken, steam sauna broken and that had been the case for weeks/months. But the pool is small and cold. Sauna was fine.Cleanliness in every detail with plenty of room for improvement.Showers in the swimming pool were cold and partly broken.NO notice when booking and none on the homepage. No apology and no accommodation from the hotel.Conclusion: I wouldn't book it again.

The spa area is a bit old, the shower head is so calcified that water sprays onto the lamps on the ceiling and the whirlpool could not be used.

The hotel is really cute.The spa area is nice and you can relax there. The staff is very nice.However, the bathrooms are very small, the street noise is quite loud at night, unfortunately there is no air conditioning and you have to leave the window open. After 5:30 at the latest you can no longer sleep because of the street noise. A room on the other side would be highly recommended. The service girls are very nice, but unfortunately also very slow and inattentive. I was often the only guest on the terrace and had to wait a long time for my next drink. At breakfast I was the only guest in the room and wasn't even asked if I wanted coffee. The tables next to me were not cleared during the entire breakfast period.That was kind of strange. So no one is working there right now.Unfortunately the elevator was broken most of the time. Nobody can do anything about it, but there could have been a small compensation, for example a beer with dinner.Conclusion: quite nice, but nothing more.It's a shame actually.

Hotel with charmThe hotel is integrated into an old castle-like building, which gives it a special charm. You can tell that a hotel would be built differently today, but the somewhat winding building with the many nice detailed solutions such as the bar in the former inner courtyard is what makes it special.Nice rooms, good service, great atmosphere, breakfast could be more varied, but it's completely fine.

I stayed in this lovely hotel for a nice nightDuring my trip to Munich...late nightThe receptionist responded to us and was pleasant to deal with and accept us. In addition, the hotel facilities are beautiful and lively. It is located on a street and there is parking available for cars.There is no air conditioning because the area is cold…Thank you

Breakfast could be improved for a 4 star hotel.The wellness area is okay, but due to the lack of fresh glasses at the water dispenser and the lack of fresh towels provided, it can be viewed somewhat critically.After asking for new glasses to be filled, they were refilled by an employee who made a face like it was three days of rainy weather.For a 4 star hotel you could ask for better service.The room we were in was very dark and small, there was hardly any space in the shower.It can get very loud in the hallways.The doors to the rooms all slam very loudly.In itself, a clean hotel.But for 4 stars it's pretty poor.
