Booked for 4 nights. Left after 1.Maybe it was great a few years ago, but they have completely given up. Awful experience. Please do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else. Some of the issues:- No reception desk- No way to message them- Breakfast is awful - omelette has no egg in it, all flour- No soap provided- Toilet won’t flush- Huge mold on the wall (see picture)- Room is filthy - asked to clean and he said “very difficult”- Roosters (multiple) squawking at 2am. Good luck sleeping.- Was given hot room without AC. Fan was useless.- Weak WiFi - ended up using data

The location is good, the room on the lower left, with mold on the walls, cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, which I put in photos, which is why we went to another hotel. When we left, the manager in a very bad manner was outraged, we told her not to give us a refund for the three nights and soon she gave us a refund through Booking.com without being able to write a review in this app.For this reason I make the review here!!!Then we received a message calling us trash Caucasians for not wanting a room with a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned for who knows how long. A shame for the rest of the accommodations in the area.

Very nice service, every morning I looked forward to the service, really very pleasant and nice. As far as accommodation is concerned - excellent location, restaurants, massages, shops, center within walking distance of max. 2 minutes. De facto, everything is "next to", "opposite", "at"... Monkey Forest approx. 15-20 minutes on foot, rich excursions in the area. I have one complaint about the bathroom, the floor is really wet, I go to the toilet and my feet are wet right away, there is no ventilation, after a shower it's like being in a sauna. Otherwise, I recommend the accommodation.

We got there and there were two old women there who spoke little to no English. They showed us to our room. Not pretty, bathroom run down, creaky beds and of course the highlight is a huge mold stain on the wall. We said we didn't want to take the room but they couldn't offer us another room. One woman repeated that it wasn't that bad and a friend apparently lived there for a month, but the mold was really bad and smelly that I doubt it. We had to spend the first night there and luckily we were able to move to another room the next day, which was better.WiFi doesn't exist. You could order breakfast every morning. Even then, sometimes like that. Sometimes tasty, sometimes not. Sometimes a hair was found in the pancake, sometimes not.I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.

A hidden gem in the heart of Ubud. We really enjoyed our three nights here. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious (banana pancakes are a must!), and the hosts were friendly. With no A/C, the room got quite warm in the day, but cooled down at night with the help of a ceiling fan.
