Hotel a restaurace POD VLEKEM

Price-performance was okay. Service in the restaurant was very good and the quality and prices of the food were also very good.

A super nice young lady served us. Great food, standard rooms. We were satisfied.

Services were tragic, reality vs. the photo is completely different, whirlpool without water, sauna off and for a fee, ping-pong chair without legs :-(, gym closed. To say goodbye, the elevator also left us... the location and the barmaid won't save it... alas.

In room number 213,There is no wifi, there is no light bulb on the nightstand by the lamp, you can't watch the TV either, there is no signal, the door to the toilet creaks. Otherwise, the beds are great, the bathroom is clean.

Very close to the slopes. Very tasty breakfast buffet and acceptable prices in the restaurant. The only bad thing I found was that they charged 1.50 for a bit of ketchup, which wasn't communicated that way. There is almost never anyone at the reception and no one answers the number.

We are very, very disappointed with this price-performance ratio. The hotel was dirty, old and some things were broken. The prices in restaurants are completely overpriced. Pork fillet 200g 30 euros completely as an example and if you're asking for that much, it should be as good 😞😪 the hotel should be overhauled as quickly as possible and cleanliness should be converted very quickly. When I was home, I got a call and they tried to scam me by saying that I broke the TV. 🤥🤮which is not true. You can try it 🤥

Disastrous hotel - not recommended!We spent a week of skiing at this hotel and the only positive thing about the hotel is its location. You walk a few meters out of the house and are immediately on the slopes.1. Hotel room:worn out 90s style, missing remote control for the TV, wardrobe with a broken back wall and missing shelves as well as a non-existent clothes rail (so the stack of hangers cannot be used), unemptied wastebaskets in the entire room, light switch on the back of the bed without corresponding lamps?!, NONE Fitted sheets, but sheets that are too short so you wake up on the mattress in the morning, smelly, uncleaned carpet (probably many years old),We paid €142 per night for the entire week for a room in this condition that was NOT ONCE cleaned the entire time!!!2. Breakfast buffetmonotonous and boring (fresh rolls would have been great). Instead, every day there is creepy toast and croissants, wobbly sausages, ONE kind of jam; NO juices, but sweet candy water3. Parking lotThe hotel does not have a representative entrance. You get to your ski gear through a musty cellar and then directly across the street to the parking lot. The parking lot was cleared ONCE throughout the week with a small snow blower. We had snow storms at night and fresh snow the next morning. Accordingly, we had massive problems getting our car to and from the parking lot. Since no one from the hotel took care of clearing it, we cleared the parking lot ourselves using one of the hotel's (toy) snow shovels, which then broke. It took us and our roommates over an hour to get their large SUV out of the parking lot.4. Hotel and staffThe staff was quite friendly, but rarely present. The reception was actually only staffed on the day of arrival and we only encountered the few staff there during service in the restaurant. The entire hotel appears worn and unkempt. I often had the doorknobs in my hand, our bathroom had cracked tiles, loose hooks and a door that didn't close properly.All in all not recommended - price/performance ratio underground!Only the good location to the slopes deserves a star!Addendum:The room price we paid of €142/night is definitely NOT a 3-star standard!The hotel's only attraction is its location! So PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT!

The hotel is located right next to the lift, but there isn't anything positive to say. Rooms are youth hostel style, in our room there was only one light bulb in the lamp and no hot water in the evening. So if you just want to stay overnight and go skiing, this is the place for you.

The service is very kind and pleasant, the food is absolutely great, the parking lot is right opposite the hotel, the rooms are clean and cozy, and most importantly, the hotel is right on the slopes, so we were on the slopes immediately. My son and I were incredibly satisfied. Thank you!

Great, clean rooms, great food, beautiful wellnes... Nice service, I'm looking forward to coming back here.....
