Lovingly furnished accommodation at the foot of the Fichtelberg in Oberwiesenthal.We stayed here in the Wolke 7 apartment in winter and benefited from the good location (10 minute walk to Fichtelberg) and the very good facilities (kitchen and bathroom with all desirable utensils)! We were also able to use atmospheric rocking arches, beautiful smokers and an Erzgebirge pyramid!The accommodation does not have WiFi and is therefore ideal for digital deetox. Alternatively, the free WiFi in Oberwiesenthal is currently being expanded and the tourist information center (2 minutes on foot) offers a hotspot.The Fichtelbergbahn (10min on foot), Annaberg-Buchholz (20min by car) and Karlsbad (30min by car) are very easy to reach.Thank you for the lovely accommodation and we would come back at any time!

We were at the Pension Kaufmann for the first time. The house is located close to the center, the apartment was functional and lovingly furnished and nothing was missing. Breakfast was eaten in the room - which meant there was hardly any contact with the innkeepers - which was actually a shame. What urgently needs to be changed is the television; It's far too small for the size of the room. There is hardly any storage space in the bathroom - women in particular need space, perhaps a shelf would be helpful. What is somewhat antiquated is that you can only pay in cash. Since I wasn't prepared for this, I had to go and withdraw money. Perhaps this can be changed, but if this is not desired, guests should be informed of this beforehand.

It is a clean, family-friendly accommodation with bus and train connections.There is plenty of breakfast here. With the Kaufmann family, no question remains unanswered. They are happy to mention possible excursions if desired.

I spent a night there on my hike. The arrangement in advance worked really well. Since I was traveling alone, I also booked one of the smaller rooms. The equipment is absolutely solid, even for the relatively cheapest prices. You basically have everything you need for a short vacation or even a single overnight stay (complete kitchen, television, etc.) but one personal limitation was that there is unfortunately no guest WiFi.You can put together the rich breakfast yourself using a small list and it will be available in your room the next day at the time you want.I would definitely come back to the Pension Kaufmann if my path takes me back to Oberwiesenthal.

Very well and comfortably furnished holiday apartment. The breakfast is great and nothing is missing. From the guesthouse you can easily get to nearby excursion destinations such as the Jens Weißflog Hotel or, highly recommended, the sea aquarium.

Very cozy and clean apartment. We got a delicious breakfast and were invited by the landlords to a barbecue evening. Everything was perfect, Ms. Kaufmann is a host who runs her guesthouse with experience and dedication, which you can feel as a guest! And the area is beautiful and offers something for everyone.

Holiday apartment "Wolke 7" very comfortable, well furnished, highly recommended for visiting with children or grandchildren. Very nice garden area to linger and lots of play opportunities for children.The innkeepers, Mr. and Mrs. Kaufmann, were friendly and nice.
