It was really terrible there. No staff to help you if you have questions or problems. The rooms, no, the whole house is far from being clean. I was woken up several times during the night by fire alarms because someone was cooking and must have fallen asleep. Everyone gets out of the hotel, waits and tries to fall asleep again. My roommate's power went out. The call to the "hotline" was not only unsuccessful because no one could come to turn the power back on, but it also took almost 50 minutes before anyone could be reached.Maybe I should have done it better like the group who sat on the flat roof and drank a crate of beer. They certainly have no memory of the conditions in the hotel

Budget hotel with clean rooms. Nobody at reception so the whole check-in procedure is online only. The online confirmation is a rather lengthy process with repeating of all your personal details. The help desk telephone number is working and the lady answering was helpful. There is an underground parking facility and free parking at the street next to the hotel.

Bad places! There was smoking in the lobby - kitchen area. Several light switches didn't work. Broken chair in the room and dirty bed linen. Never again and highly recommended

Remote check-in was fatal and I was in an extraordinary room where there was a ghost and the light was flickering. Far from the center if you don't have a car. And the room had a musty stench.

The hotel itself is very good. We actually encountered one problem. Registration is completely electronic and be prepared for the fact that you need to provide personal data, then only they will send you a code that you need to enter into the central door and into the apartment door. So it didn’t match for us, and we waited until they found a new code for us. But in principle, despite this little thing, the hotel is very good, clean and tidy.

I can't say anything about the hotel or the rooms because I just walked past there. What struck me as a very negative thing was that the green area in front of the hotel was not landscaped, but is instead a so-called gravel garden. The sight is difficult to bear. In addition, the stones heat up and contribute to a bad climate under the hotel guests' windows. I hope that the management of the hotel will soon decide on a more attractive, greener, more colorful, climate- and insect-friendly variant of the design of their outdoor area. Maybe there will soon be a ban on gravel gardens.

A good hotel for the money, it was a little difficult to figure out remote check-in, we booked through Booking, then waited for a mail from the hotel itself, then filled out a form + screenshot of documents, waited a little longer for a message with the room number and door code, BUT we managed, not without operator assistance of course. By the way, thank you, excellent English 👍Clean, comfortable, comfortable bed and tidy bathroom, parking (which is very important), price! There are many advantages, so I can highly recommend it! However, there are certain disadvantages, such as soundproofing, tram service until late at night and in the morning, I personally am not a light sleeper, so it didn’t really bother me, but my husband...oh yes)) and it’s also a little hot, there is no air conditioning - it’s not goodWe took a double deluxe with 1 bed, got room 4.01 with a small kitchenette in addition, very cozy ❤️

After initial problems with the access code (the access code didn't work. But it was clarified by phone)we had a pleasant stay.Nothing more can be said for just one night.The room and hotel seemed neat and clean.Our room faced away from the street, so we didn't notice the noise of the tram as much.Location is very good, bus and tram stop very close.Parking is always available on a side street. However, there was also an underground car park. But we didn't use them.

Check in was no problem. Unfortunately, there were several things to complain about. The room appeared clean, unfortunately there was still someone's full ashtray on the small balcony. The balcony boards appear to be rotten (see photo). There was no entry. The sink drain barely drained. The wallpaper was damaged (see photo). The plug for the only larger floor lamp in the room didn't work. It only worked after trying out several plugs. Unfortunately, the internet is hardly available and when it is, it is not stable.A complaint - which had to be made by telephone - clearly appeared to be perceived as a nuisance. The light/power issue could be remedied. As a guest, you were even asked in advance to go to the fuse box yourself.The manager on the phone couldn't understand why you needed internet, but suggested that if the weather was good, you should go to the beer garden.In my opinion, a hotel without staff on site in a timely manner doesn't really work. The shared kitchen/breakfast room with several strangers gave the impression of a shared apartment/hostel.Shower and toilet were ok. Unfortunately we booked this hotel because our other hotel was booked twice.There are numerous options for Asian food in the surrounding area. There is also a bakery and café right next door.We won't come here anymore. Unsuitable for a short vacation for us as it was more trouble than relaxation. Maybe it was just the room.

After I was asked to do a preliminary check-in online - where I had to enter my ID details, I was skeptical. But I have to say that in the end I was/am thrilled. The option without hotel staff is strange - but it works - and the price was unbeatable.Parking spaces can be found in front of the house - but there are also 13 underground parking spaces for the hotel - but whoever comes first is lucky!The concept in the communal kitchen takes some getting used to but it's OK! Only the system with the croissants in the morning or the fruit basket didn't work and we were always late.Important: Please read the emails carefully - everything is explained there!The room was OK - just standard. But everything was clean and of course there was hot water.

Booked online via Booking, everything was explained via email.I got all the access data around 1 p.m., there were absolutely no problems or anything like that.There is no staff but it is not absolutely necessary, take line 7 into the city for about 30 minutes.Price performance is right, rooms are clean, we can't complain about it, it's not a 5 star hotel so everything was top 👍

There was no hot water in the bathroom!! Despite attempts, the staff failed to arrange a room where one could wash in normal hot water. Outrageous. Is this a hotel or a camping site?!

I didn't receive an email with the code to open the door. Even though I completed the check-in survey. I was unable to call the hotline. A chat with the host helped, as he sent me a different contact number. There was no hot water in the room. In the evening I was unable to contact the hotline and there is no service at the facility. I managed to communicate via WhatsApp with the host, who sent me to another room, which also had no hot water.

I chose this hotel for 3 nights in Dresden, which was a very beautiful city. The concept of online check-in and check-out worked well, except that I didn't get the check-in link in my email at the beginning. After some help from a nice employee everything was fine and I haven't had a problem since then. The location and transport connections are also relatively good; you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes by subway.
