Nice guesthouse. Rooms were neat and clean. At breakfast there was something for every taste, from sweet to savory. Extra requests were gladly fulfilled. Friendly staff! The code for the entrance door took some getting used to, but everything worked. Otherwise everything is easy to reach on foot. Was a nice stay!

One thing first. Starting at 39 euros is no longer true. Checking in was a bit awkward as the door code didn't work. The rooms are clean and very large, but the comfort suffers as a result. The bed creaked with every turn and real blackout curtains would be nice. The host lacks warm closeness and presence. The location is very good. There are only 4 parking spaces at the house, otherwise some are within walking distance or for a fee.

We had a wonderful stay at the Augustenhof in the apartment. Everything was very clean, the high walls and spacious rooms made it very comfortable, there was even a balcony and a winter garden on the first floor with a view of the city and free coffee and tea. The owner was very nice and helpful. There was free parking behind the house. The location is very central in the middle of Bad Elster and we could reach everything on foot. Breakfast lovingly prepared with a lot of choice of everything - great!

We were completely satisfied. The room was spacious and bright, everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location in the center of town is great. The breakfast buffet was in a bright room, was varied and was constantly replenished. We really enjoyed it, thank you very much.

A very nice guesthouse with beautifully furnished rooms and EXCELLENT service and very nice people.The breakfast is also delicious and any special requests are fulfilled immediately.The rooms have everything you need and, as I said, are very stylishly furnished.The location in Bad Elster is fairly central and you can easily get anywhere on foot.We would love to come back.

The hotel is well located for exploring Bad Elster on foot. There are some parking spaces around the house. What good is it if the reception for check-in is not manned as announced, the cell phone number written on the entrance door goes to someone who doesn't understand me and I can't use the room I booked and paid for because I couldn't get into the hotel with the door code that was sent to me .

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the place. Parking was also tight but uncomplicated.Unfortunately the reception is only open from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. This meant that the completely empty shower tray in the shower could no longer be helped.The room was quite large, but the whole hotel was far from modern. But clean. It was very quiet in the hotel. The breakfast was good.

Great accommodation in Bad Elster!- Large bathroom, large room, even with an anteroom! Plus a small fridge!- Very clean, everything looks well maintained- convenient central location- Tea room with a small roof terrace, totally cozy!- Several parking spaces behind the house and always free parking spaces on the street (although on weekdays until 6 p.m. with a parking disc)- friendly bright atmosphere- Very friendly people, always helpful!- sumptuous, very extensive breakfast buffet! It's constantly being updated! Something for all tastes!- Price reasonable in my opinion!I'd love to come back! Thank you for the absolutely pleasant stay!

Cozy villa in a central location in Bad Elster. We were only there for one night, but we were completely satisfied. Friendly lady at the reception. Room was clean and large. Breakfast was good. We spent two lovely days in Bad Elster, visiting the theater and hiking to the Czech Republic to Magdalena (highly recommend this inn)

The room was a nice size and very clean. The bathroom o.K. Gladly again!Breakfast? Due to the lack of an alternative in Bad Elster on Sunday, we had to resort to the offer at Augustenhof.In Oelsnitz we had a good Sunday breakfast.We could have saved this money at the Augustenhof.
