The guesthouse is in a beautiful location with a huge garden with plenty of sports facilities and the possibility of using the grill. We were greeted by a nice receptionist who speaks Czech quite well despite the fact that she is of Ukrainian nationality. The rooms are nice, clean, decently equipped, which is quite enough for an overnight stay. During the first day of our stay, we found out that the receptionist, who accommodated us, is actually also a cleaner, laundress, maid, cook and waitress. The breakfasts were excellent, really rich and the lady managed them right on time, so hats off to us. There were also pancakes.  Dinner too. Despite all the work that the lady did all day by herself, she was kind and pleasant. What surprised us was that the bar does not work at all in the restaurant, so there is only bottled beer in the fridge, for which you put 50kc in the cash register, so it works as a self-service. Free coffee and tap water all day. You won't get a limo or anything here. You have to go to the restaurants there, but they open only from 5 pm on weekdays and are open until 7 pm, mostly for their guests, so you can have lunch here only on Sat and Sun and only in some of the restaurants. Yes, Pizzeria u Pupika is offered here, but I do not recommend it. In other words, the stay was great, we really liked it and thank you very much to the lady 🫠🙃 and as for everything around, never again. Hurray Špindlerův Mlýn again 🥰.

Stayed in the top floor room facing North-West back in 2015. The view from the room was phenomenal, and the room was appropriate for the price. Other guests were quiet and breakfast selection was nice. Comfortable parking right next to the building.

We received a very warm welcome here. The young woman obviously spoke Russian and quite good English. Our room was big enough and everything was clean. The furniture was relatively worn out and two drawers in the chest of drawers were broken. The bed was in a kind of niche and there was almost no space next to the bed. The bed itself was very good. Despite our orthopedic problems, we were able to lie very comfortably. The mattresses were good. The bathroom wasn't particularly big, but perfectly adequate. The sink was tiny. The shower worked well and was nice and warm. During meals you could sit inside and outside on a beautifully landscaped lawn. The breakfast buffet was small but very tasty. Completely sufficient for us. Everything tasted very good. In addition to the normal standards, there were also scrambled or fried eggs every day, as well as warm sausages and sometimes pancakes. Everything was freshly prepared. Coffee was OK, but we've also had better ones. The young lady, who obviously takes care of everything here and also does the kitchen herself, was very friendly, hard-working and hard-working, but it was hardly manageable for one person, so there was almost always something empty at the breakfast buffet. There is a free parking space directly at the house, which is closed by an electric gate. This is very good. You could have dinner here for €10 per person. This is very cheap. We had dinner here twice, which was okay, but we've had much better food in the Czech Republic. The internet worked well most of the time, but occasionally it failed. That was a bit annoying when we wanted to plan the next day, as we didn't have any cell phone reception up here either.Overall, you can say that the price-performance ratio here is very good

Nothing special, but we don't expect that at this price! And it just makes the Czech feeling much better.Everything was clean.Service and friendliness absolutely top.Breakfast was simple but also absolutely fine.Every morning there was filter coffee, tea, apple juice, muesli/cornflakes, a bread and a type of roll, jam, cheese, salami, ham, some vegetables as well as scrambled eggs and sausages.Alternating with pancakes or other desserts.Parking spaces, volleyball court, old table tennis table, grill, hammock etc. Available.Property completely fenced.

This is not the first time we have vacationed with our family in this hotel. There is a recreation area, a large area for active games, and a barbecue area. Delicious food every day. Free closed parking. The room is warm and clean. Special thanks to all the staff...nice, attentive and responsive)

Good location. Friendly staff.BUT: Despite booking for six adults and two children, we had to pay extra for the children's food. The food tastes good, but the selection (especially at dinner) is manageable. The breakfast is okay, but nothing special. A lot of things are then gone and it takes a while for supplies to arrive. What was particularly difficult was the large room with two rooms: very small bathroom, a round double bed (a terrible sleeping experience), no real blackout and, worst of all, a constant humming noise from some ventilation in the house.
