Despite repeated telephone and written inquiries, after three weeks I still haven't received an invoice for a stay that was paid for but not started. A miserable service.

Minus 1 star is better. I didn't even go there and I'll tell you why: after booking, I sent 2 Emails which were never answered. Then I called. After 3 attempt some guy answered in a Don't-bother-me tone of voice. I asked if someone will be at the reception desk around 17.00. He said: "i can'tpromise anything. You call when you are there." I told him i can't call because i just flew in from China and don't have a simcard yet. "Well, you'll have to", he said. To get rid of me, he told me so send him an email so hecan sent me the code for the keybox so i can get into my room. I sent the email and never received an answer. I went to another hotel and lost my money because they charged it from my bank immediately when i made a reservation. You don't want this after a long flight....maybe 40 years ago as a backpacker in Asia but not in western Europe and then you don't pay more than 10 euro for this experience.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend it.Reception is not staffed, everything has to be done over the phone in order to even get in.The first room was dirty; The bed just collapsed under my butt when I sat on it.The food from the previous person could still be seen in the room kitchen.Wi-Fi poorRoom 2 had no WiFi.Elevator is also broken. First we had to walk to the 2nd and 5th floors with our luggage.Everything was changed over the phone...

When it comes to the furnishings of the rooms, I have to agree with the previous speakers.Unfortunately, I couldn't get into my room at all on my last visit. I spent over an hour trying to reach the contact so I could get the code for my room. Via WhatsApp, telephone and email. My messages were read but there was no response. Since the check-in time was exceeded while waiting, I decided to get a hotel room at short notice.To date, the money that I had to transfer previously has not been returned. There was also no response to my messages.

There is no hot water! Conditions worse than you can imagine. Let no one decide to stay in these inhumane conditions! Oh, and the elevator doesn't work and the room is on the fifth floor!

The hotel looks better from the outside than inside. There are traces of battles on the doors of the rooms and bathrooms. There were 3 plates in the kitchen, all dirty, but fortunately they could be washed in cold water (the heater from a bygone era unfortunately did not work). There are traces of flooding and mold on the ceilings. The aroma that came out after opening the fridge was a hit. A combination of the exotic stench of a corpse and fucking feet. Fortunately, there is wifi, but the internet does not work. I would highly recommend.Ps. In the window opposite, a sick man was spinning a propeller and screaming like crazy.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with many previous speakers.After a seemingly hopeless search, I was really happy to find accommodation that allowed pets. But in reality the whole thing seemed like a kind of lost place.No staff on site, unfortunately very “extinct” itself.According to my personal standards, the rooms were unfortunately really not clean. If necessary I would have looked away from it, but the bathroom was a disaster. No water pressure, the toilet was leaking and there was at least no cleaning here either.Unfortunately, the slatted frames broke down several timesIt was similar in my daughter's room. The “highlight” in the mirror cabinet was a burnt socket.We left one night earlier than planned.So there is an urgent need for improvement here.The location is absolutely great, perfectly accessible even without a car and for the city center location you hear relatively little of the traffic/train station in the immediate vicinity

The Rooms offered were so unhygienic. They didn't even offer water bottles or glass or any other toiletries. The floor of the carpet was dirty and was so stained that we didn't even dare to remove our shoes. The walls were stained with red marks. I am completely disappointed with the service and hospitality of this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at any cost.

We booked two rooms here in order to arrive a day earlier for a course. Upon arrival, the reception, contrary to what was announced, was not occupied. We had to wait 20 minutes in front of the closed door until we were called back...We were then able to use a code to get two keys from a drawer. When we entered the building the elevator was broken. We then walked to the first floor with our luggage and looked for the rooms. When we opened the door, we were more than shocked. The floor was anything but clean. Stains everywhere, there was no sign of cleaning... one bed was poorly put together with nails and screws. There were yellow stains everywhere on the ceilings and walls from smoking and the kitchenette was just dirty. The bed linen smelled (like smoke and sweat) and we didn't dare use the towels at the beginning. We didn't dare step onto the floor without shoes, who knows what happened there...Red splashes on the wall in the bathroom, what happened here?A bad night couldn't be made up for by the very clean (compared to the rest) shower.Not recommended unless you have a pig's need for cleanliness. No personal contact person, just unpleasant. There were signs of break-in in one room (10) which meant I didn't dare to sleep there.Actually not recommended for anyone...Recommendation for owners: basic cleaning, painting and reliable cleaners who really clean.

The worst dump ever!! Room very dirty, furniture totally rotten, the wardrobe will probably collapse if you only put 1 T-shirt in it. Old hair and mold in the bathroom. Elevator broken, the stairs were difficult to navigate with a heavy suitcase as a solo travelerFor me it's a complete rip-off because you have to pay in full in advance and only get the key over the phone without really knowing who you're dealing with!! The possibility of legal action is therefore excluded. I will still inform the health department so that this dirty place is closed

We booked the guesthouse for the weekend. According to the internet, check-in is possible from 3 p.m., but unfortunately this was not the case. At around 4 p.m. we got our codes on the phone so we could get the keys and after that it was an absolute disaster. You couldn't use the cupboards because you were afraid of germs and that they would collapse. The refrigerator looked anything but attractive. It would never occur to me to put anything into it. The bed fell apart and we had to put it together ourselves. We found some tablets in the kitchenette. There was a lot of dirt and dust in every corner..... were there any beard hairs on the counter in the bathroom? To find... Even the low price per night is still too expensive and we would never book a room here again.

With all my best will in the world, I can't understand the 5 star reviews at all... I've been staying here regularly since August 2022 because I'm going to vocational school in Chemnitz and need cheap accommodation close to the center. The only good thing about the guesthouse is that it is close to the center. During my entire time here, I have lived in different rooms in which the refrigerator in two rooms does not cool and my food rots in it... The beds are sagging, the rooms are unclean, shabby and in some cases only half cleaned . If 2 out of 3 heating tongues work correctly then that's a lot... You have no contact with the staff at all... only at check-in, and then only because you have to ask for the key code several times.

I booked for two nights and wanted to check in at 5 p.m., according to the internet this is possible in person at that time. Nobody was there, I received the code for the key box over the phone.I came into a terrible room that was completely shabby, extremely dirty and smelled strongly of smoke. Inside there was a crooked bed, an open, dirty mini shelf and an unusable wardrobe. See photos. I couldn't stay here simply because of the terrible smell, so I arranged a room change over the phone. The staff here were very helpful and friendly, for which I am very grateful.The new room also smelled of smoke, but not quite as strongly and the floor didn't seem quite as dirty because of the vinyl. Still, it wasn't a nice room. Very dirty, everything stuck, lamps in the bathroom didn't work, hooks were only attached to the wall as decoration, etc. There were only mini towels.The accommodation was never staffed, the entrance door was permanently open and usually secured with a stone, which is unacceptable as we are on a main traffic artery.The other guests were all men, probably foreign assembly workers. However, there were no problems here except for very loud conversations and phone calls late into the night. Otherwise I was probably lucky.There is an urgent need for action on the part of management here. The employees can't help it that it has become such a hole. However, the cleaner could clean better - dirt and hair, tissues and garbage everywhere.I absolutely cannot recommend it, felt very unsafe and extremely poorly accommodated.
