The hotel is quite nice, but: the room was not heated upon arrival, the sauna was turned off (therefore, you won't be able to make it in time), the breakfast was poor... the staff was nice.

Don't know what it is about this restaurant. We tried to eat there three times, each time the landlady showed us the door in a very aggressive manner, saying that the kitchen was closed. At a quarter to seven? What's going on here?

We only tried the restaurant and were very satisfied. Excellent Caesar salad and tartare and the best pickled ermine I have tasted so far.

Manageable but very good menu.Even the salads were great!Main course super tasty.The service was friendly and very attentive.Price performance is absolutely right here.Visiting with a dog is no problem - a water bowl was available.We will be back definitely

Finally Hotel Schwarz again! Greatly renovated, modern and yet it fits into the tranquil Nové Hamry. Food very good, the beer tastes fresh. Please put Shopska salad back on the menu. Schwarz was known for the best Shopska salad. Many thanks to the new owners/tenants for breathing life back into this gem.The exterior facade is still a bit intimidating.

We were there for the fourth time. Now it has a new owner. The restaurant has been completely renovated and looks very modern. We really enjoyed it again.
