The owners can't communicate with you, let alone pronounce your name correctly. We arrived in the evening and didn't know where to go because there was nothing signposted.The man who looked after us couldn't help us and spoke little to no German. We were then told on the phone by another employee that it had been “cancelled”. Previously, there was no email indicating in any way that the cancellation had been made.Unprofessional, probably not even someone who has dealt with running a guesthouse.

We had booked a very large duplex room on a famous online platform, and had benefited from an interesting discounted rate which made it not much more expensive than the basic rooms.But when we arrived at 11 p.m. we had a basic and small room, the last one free we were told! If it hadn't been so late we would have demanded a refund and gone elsewhere.The welcome is courteous but provided by a guard who does not speak English. The manager contacted remotely is not very friendly, also speaks very poor English and compensated us with a bottle of sparkling wine.The room itself was OK for the price offered online, but nothing like the expected service.The floor is poorly insulated, cracked and you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking.Otherwise no outside noise, parking at the foot of the establishment, and quite pretty exterior appearance.

We got scammed €60 we tried to check in, but there wasn't anyone at the reception at the time we arrived at night time we spent the night at the street in front of the place. And we left, unfortunately, with the worst experience.

Cheap and good. Got a bigger room with a bathtub, kitchen and TV. Nice staff even though they didn't know a word of English. Affordable and practical. Close to a "Penny", drinks market and pizzeria

Tired, guest and provider came late, without many words, we quickly went in after a bow and the house was like a finca, everything was a bit out of the norm, small steps into the house, open door into bright room, ventilation loud but everything was there, kitchen, bathroom and bedchamber table and heavy WiFi word. It could do with a little love and a few small repairs but I have to say it can do with it for the price, it's rare in the area. Neither does Villaflair. Large parking lot, sleepy area, beautiful chestnut trees, a bit of a beer garden atmosphere without many people. The rooms are cozy, but you can hear birds and a choir of toads if you want to. Now I won't write anymore.

We were very satisfied so far... Unfortunately, the televisions didn't work in any of the rooms. Despite searching for a station, “no signal”. But since we were only there one night, it didn't bother us that much... Because if you have a problem, you will be helped as quickly as possible. The rooms were very clean. And if you have problems, you will be helped. At least that's what I had the feeling... Unfortunately, the smaller rooms are very noisy and there is little peace and quiet as it was very loud early on in the hallway and surrounding rooms...
