We spent a wonderful summer weekend with friends in this house and the surrounding area. The rooms are very clean, well equipped and it is quiet at night that you can sleep with the window open. The food in the restaurant is super tasty and varied, kudos to the young chef. The entire staff is very friendly and committed. We felt very comfortable and would like to recommend it to others!

Nice little hotel in the center. Large triple room comfortably furnished, large bathroom with shower and bathtub and there was even a refrigerator.The breakfast was good, as was the evening meal and the staff was nice and accommodating.We'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel. Cozy, quiet, friendly staff. The breakfast was very tasty and everything you needed was there. Unfortunately the mattress in the bed was a bit worn out

A very pleasant, especially quiet stay... I would love to come back!!!And there is a large bathtub, something you don't have often!Dinner is recommended, unfortunately you can no longer make the most of the rich breakfast 🤭

Chic hotel in Zittau. Clean, nice rooms. Fine restaurant included.Food very good. Easy to reach on foot from the train station. Neustadt parking lot in front of the house.

Very well equipped for a 3 star hotel. The rooms are really very big. The mattresses are great. Kettle, tea bags, coffee sticks, cups, TV, small fridge, hairdryer, seating, blackout curtain... it's all there.There is also an elevator. Very friendly owners. Can be booked with breakfast. This was completely sufficient... small but nice and fresh.The room was clean, we didn't find anything to complain about.

We received a very friendly welcome and the boss directed us to the hotel via cell phone. The room was very modern and the breakfast was very good, but you should offer the cheese separately and not put everything so tightly together. Everything looked appetizing, but the cold cuts were difficult to remove.However, the food in the evening... we ate twice... wasn't that great for the high price. The goose legs were a bit dry and very small. The duck breast with chestnuts and canberry sauce with Brussels sprouts was disappointing. The sauce tasted sour like the day before, but not like poultry and I had more bacon cubes like Brussels sprouts on my plate...I couldn't find any chestnuts, which was a shame.We'd love to come back, but we'll probably have dinner somewhere else.The hotel is very centrally located, the costs for the parking lot directly in front of the hotel are moderate. You can easily see the beautiful old town on foot.

Hello, a vacation as it should be with the accommodation. Yes, we were completely satisfied. Room OK, clean and size OK, also a large TV only a few programs. Nice staff at breakfast and in the dining room the kitchen also did its best with the food. We also saw many satisfied guests and of course thanks also go to the management of the hotel and the business; if you had any questions there were reasonable answers.
