The three of us (with a child, 11 months) stayed in the hotel for a week and the first few days were completely ok: the staff at check-in and in the restaurant were friendly and made a lot possible for the child. The room wasn't luxurious, but we found enough space for the travel cot and our clothes. The breakfast buffet was rich, there were fresh scrambled eggs/fried eggs and, if desired, other coffee specialties and warm cocoa. So a hotel where we would feel comfortable for a week. The only problem: The refrigerator generates so much heat in the room that you can hardly sleep at night. The only thing that helps is opening the window, but because of the cobblestones on the street it was extremely loud when a car drove through the street (which often happens at night). But Oropax helped.Halfway through the time we heard a loud telephone conversation: the housekeeping (first floor) was on the phone with the reception. Since our room was right next to the stairwell, we could hear both parts of the conversation (only part of it because we were on the way to the car)"The wants new towels every day"“Then swap them out.”“And there’s stubble in the sink every morning.”(Here the answer from reception was unclear, but it sounded reassuring)"I'm not in the mood for that. "From that moment on we no longer felt so comfortable. Above all, how can a hotel that apparently also has international guests tolerate such an attitude? Every text in the hotel is multilingual, even the table trash can is labeled in three languages...After that, there were two more points of criticism: According to the booking confirmation, you can eat in the restaurant every evening until 10 p.m., Sunday at 7:30 p.m. we were told that only the two guests who were already sitting at the table could get their food straight away, so we should please go out look for something. And today when we left we were charged more than agreed: Breakfast was included in the room price, but we had to pay extra for breakfast for my wife and 11-month-old son (at least €140 for the week, €12+8 each). Day) It must have been an oversight, but it still took a lot of time to correct it and I had to discuss it for some time until it was recognized as a mistakeMistakes in the bill can happen, don't worry, but the above-mentioned shouting is simply not allowed if you want your guests to feel comfortable

The hotel is from the 70s, partially renovated. The carpet throughout the hotel has disgusting stains and is completely worn out. There is no air conditioning, so the rooms are completely heated up on hot, sunny days, which is very annoying when you fall asleep. The breakfast is delicious and there is a bit of everything. Fried and scrambled eggs are freshly prepared as needed. Upon request, you can have cappuccino, espresso, coffee with milk, etc. The staff is friendly. In my opinion the price is not justified and far too expensive.

I don't know what the hotel is like, I had to come here because my car was being towed. The receptionist called me an idiot because I threw my cigarette butt in the wrong bin.I then wanted to talk to his boss, first he pretended to be the boss, then he didn't say another word to me.

This hotel has advantages and disadvantages. To the good... the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very large and are cleaned very well. About the disadvantages. Due to the lack of air conditioning, you have to leave the window open to get cool air. Unfortunately, the street in front of the house is made of large paving stones (just an old street) and the rumbling of vehicles can be very annoying. The rooms usually have a fixed roller blind, which blocks out some of the sun, but since it is older and not insulated, it rattles with every slight draft. One thing that's still good. The breakfast looks economical at first, but it's not, as the employees always bring supplies so the things are always fresh and don't lie around for hours like in other hotels. Although it's manageable here, I think it's completely sufficient. Overall impression. The hotel is not luxury, but it is ok and if you can live with a few restrictions you should take a look there
