Mold all over the room, they repainted it but you can still see the traces and the smell.... Let's not talk about it.... If you're lucky maybe you'll fall on a room that is not moldy!

Hell.Entrance:Starting from the entrance, which seems like that of a workshop rather than a resort: you enter from a narrow and dark alley, with a closed shutter in the background and some battered scooters welcoming you.Everything seems to be going well when, once you realize you are on the right path, you open up a view of the courtyard leading to the reception. The exteriors are actually beautiful, well-kept gardens with an attached swimming pool, abundant vegetation, flowers and externally beautiful rooms to look at.Check In:At the reception at the time of check-in there was no one to welcome us, without waiting too long a boy came out and told us that he was on his lunch break. We didn't give much thought to the matter, and after a brief introduction they showed us our room, room 22.Room:From that moment on we had chills. The mold that infested most of the internal walls was very dark in colour, we even thought that it could be the infamous "Black Mould", a very dangerous fungal formation, however we remain in doubt. The sheets and pillowcases had stains and were full of holes, as well as disgustingly damp, it felt like you were sleeping almost wet.The musty, damp smell inside the room was strong and given the impossibility of airing the room through the windows and the door due to monkeys and insects, we were forced to breathe it.The bathroom was dirty, brown stains in the tub, faulty sink that only releases boiling water, broken bathrobe holder, curtain full of mold stains... a horror.Staff:The staff, like all Indonesian people, are very kind, and it almost feels bad to go to the reception to complain about something. However, on the second day they did the cleaning, then for three consecutive days they didn't do it. When we complained they said we had to request them first... never heard of anything like that. The cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired, no change of sheets or pillowcases, if you don't specifically ask for it they will make your bed with the same linen as the day before and you can tell by how dirty and damp they are. The floors were never washed for a whole week. You have to ask the staff for clean towels, but you will only receive one for each guest, I tried to ask for more but they almost laughed in my face. Conclusions:We are not princes, we are people who live by work and know how to be satisfied, we don't expect the world from a two star hotel, but at least we expect to find decent hygienic conditions. After a week of breathing mold I find myself with very annoying allergy symptoms. For a week we breathed mold spores and even saying we were allergic they didn't change our rooms, claiming they were full. It's a shame because speaking with other guests we understood that some rooms do not suffer from all the problems we have listed, plus as already mentioned, the exteriors are truly beautiful and the price is more than honest. Overall it could be a great hotel but it needs to fix some simple but fundamental problems first. We will not return and we do not recommend anyone to book, you risk ruining a holiday you will never forget.

The atmosphere is cool on site, very authentic, close to nature. Be prepared for monkeys that come into the area every day. There was a cockroach, locusts and geckos living in our room. …
