We love love loved our stay. The family is so nice and the two units are brand new. Very quaint and private right in the middle of Ubud. Highly recommend staying here.

Liar host.I posted a scam message on Agoda, but for some reason, no reviews were posted.When I checked in late at night and entered the room, there were several small round bugs jumping on the bed, as well as dead unidentified bugs and spiders. At a time when there were many bed bug problems, round bugs jumping around were unacceptable and the bedding was damp. Air conditioner smell.After checking in, I took photos and videos as evidence and immediately called the employee to request a refund. The employee said he was calling his father and said he was his son, so I used a translator in front of them and asked for a refund. The answer I got back was that they would give me a refund, but it was too late today, so I couldn't get a refund for today's stay, and that they would give me a refund for the remaining stay starting tomorrow.Of course, I agreed to that, and I contacted Agoda and said I would request a cancellation, and I checked out on the same day 30 minutes after checking in and moved to another accommodation.However, when I requested a cancellation, I received a call from Agoda saying that the landlord never said he would give me a refund hahahahaha Totally a scammer!!! It's unfair that the landlord didn't leave video evidence saying he would refund the money.. How often do you lie when there are no customers?? I ran away from that accommodation and immediately booked another accommodation through Agoda, and I had photos and videos as evidence, but they wouldn't give me a refund because of these lies...Don't do business without conscience.

Clean and well kept room. Nice bathroom. Good breakfast with 4 choices. Very kind family. Cleaning done every day. Air conditioning a little noisy but more than acceptable. Quiet place despite being close to one of the main streets of Ubud. Fantastic location for visiting the city.

Great location, 10 minute walk from the monkey forest and 10 from the royal palace. Perfect for getting around Ubud on foot and for evening outings.Excellent breakfast, plentiful, served every morning on the table outside overlooking the small garden.There is a warung 30 meters from the property, good and cheap.The room was clean, with a desk and mini fridge, beyond the garden wall there are fruit trees on which monkeys climb. We stayed there 8 nights and no problems. We rented a scooter directly from the property.
