I stayed at this hotel on 10/12/24.I can say I was pleasantly surprised. Small, cozy, nicely furnished rooms, the walls (in my room) even painted in different colors, a comfortable bed and a very good pillow.Even though I don't actually have any money - I was looking for an apartment and that was the only reason I was there - I ate in the hotel restaurant and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. The slices of roast venison weren't dry, the "Karlsbader" bread dumpling was very good, and when one of the staff noticed that I didn't have enough sauce, more was there within seconds. Only the “cranberry cream” was spray cream and the cranberries were extra. ...You can live with that.The breakfast buffet was great. Well, the house was full, but the buffet was even fuller. There was actually nothing that wasn't available, from scrambled eggs and bacon to honey straight from the honeycomb of the in-house beekeeper. Sausage, cheese, meat and egg salad, yoghurts not in plastic packaging, a large selection of rolls (warm and crispy) and bread, even small pastries. In addition to the usual hot drinks, there is also apple and orange juice.Well, as a former head chef, I know how to make crispy rolls on Sunday - but the effort counts and is to be praised as much as the entire house.

We are really enjoying ourselves here. We are on holiday with the dog and the staff is also very friendly to her. Excellent breakfast and a great 2 bedroom apartment. We will definitely come back here and were also here because we have family in Chemnitz, which is a 50-minute drive away. The steam train is highly recommended, we did the entire route. The Fichtelberg - Bergstation der Schwebebahn im ErzgebirgeIn was also beautiful. The view is beautiful. You can also have a delicious lunch or dinner at this Vierenstrasse hotel. We are very satisfied.

Were here after a long hikeAnd we wanted to reward ourselves with a good meal on the beautiful terrace...SoFor better understanding, I'll do this chronologicallyAfter 15 minutes you wait on the pretty terraceI had to ask if there was service on the terrace itselfOops.....Of course notAnd the waitress came out to take our orderAnd of course that's wrong...And that's just two main dishes and one starterAs it turned out afterwards...2 very simple dishes2x schnitzel with mushroom sauce and friesAnd one of them with a side salad...Camembert starter with salad...SoStarter topThe rest is the biggest flop...Schnitzel 1 only with salad and no friesSchnitzel 2 with fries......But now.....We're talking about a hotel hereThe food has comeAbsolutely canteen foodThe schnitzels turned on the plate...Fresh from the fryer......IncredibleThe Pils Sauce, no idea what that was supposed to beKrotten badServed with mayonnaise and ketchup including half a lemon...WowFried food for a hotel is generally a no goYou should never ignore these social networksFor guests passing throughEven if the super nice terrace is inviting...The rest was really badExplicitly for a “hotel”

Fantastic customer service, food is amazing as well, I found the food to be really good and tasty! But of course it's all about individual preferences, I would come often if I lived close by for a quick and delicious lunch, the soups and cakes are amazing as well, if you are in the area I highly recommend.

Very nice staff, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was unfortunately small. The restaurant is very quaint and the food is very tasty. Breakfast was rich and offered a large selection. Honey in many variations from our own production was a special highlight. A suggestion from my side, some water in the room as a service. We will come back - promised.

Very nice hotel which is in an absolutely quiet location. The Fichtelbergbahn stop is directly in front of the hotel. The hotel also has a guest house. The rooms in the guest house are clean and functional, but the bathroom is unfortunately a bit small. The hotel also has a restaurant with very tasty dishes and a terrace right at the stop. The staff, mostly Czech, is very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed every day here and thank you again.

We stayed at this hotel for the third time and were very satisfied again!! The rooms are very clean, the mattresses are a bit soft, and the service is very good. The location right next to the Fichtelbergbahn is particularly impressive. Gladly again and again!!

Very nicely located hotel with holiday apartment. We had booked a holiday apartment for 4 people with a dog. Everything went smoothly; we were able to get fresh rolls for our breakfast at the hotel every morning if we ordered in advance. The staff was friendly and helpful.We booked through FeWo and were thrilled that we didn't have to pay in advance with a credit card. This is one reason we don't book through certain companies. Because we are a bit older and can't cope with various payments via the Internet. All in all a highly recommended hotel.We also found it very nice...The soup mousse is well worth seeingHUSS show workshop “Zum Weihrichkarzl” is beautiful and cozy, we were thrilled and visited it twice, just to enjoy the cozy courtyard and the delicious ice cream cafe.Karlovy Vary attractions and much more...

The hotel is highly recommended. Far away from the cheer and hustle and bustle. Very friendly NOT intrusive service. Coffee and cake, delicious. Rooms very nice, spacious and clean and a pleasant smell in the room. Great mattresses, didn't want to get up at all😁. Food in the evening was very tasty. Price-performance ratio is simply TOP!! Breakfast large selection, equally friendly service...I can only recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. Gladly again.

The hotel is very quiet and beautifully located right on the edge of the forest.The Fichtelbergbahn train station is also right next door, so you can marvel at the great train a few times a day and also leave directly from here.We had a room in the guest house, small and nice, which was enough for our stay as we were mostly out in nature anyway.The breakfast has an absolutely sufficient selection of everything you need - the best thing about it is the many home-made honeys.The dining room is very neat and rustic, you feel comfortable here.Sweets with coffee and dinner were so delicious that we used them several times.The grass on the mini golf course had to be mowed again, but that didn't affect the game itself, we had fun.When we received feedback after the stay about a few little things that didn't fit, the boss responded promptly and more than satisfactorily.We will be back definitely!
