We had a family room at the top of the house. Very large spacious room with 4 beds, closet, table with 4 chairs and a sink with mirror. The bathroom was in the hallway right next door and was just part of our room. Everything was very clean and tidy and friendly staff. There was nothing there. And then this breakfast buffet, simply amazing, there was everything you could imagine. Some hotels can't keep up. Really highly recommended.

We went to the “Wurzelrudi” with our 4th graders for the final trip and were totally thrilled. A friendly team, nice rooms for everyone, very rich, delicious food and an interesting, varied concept to delight the children. We'd love to come back.

It was nice in Wurzelrudi's hostel. The room was nice but a bit small. There was no towel to dry your hands. That was a bit awkward. The service was nice 👍.It is well located so you can go straight to the ski slope. The breakfast was excellent 👌. COULD visit again.

Rooms were very fine for a hostel, especially clean! The reception was very nice and personal. The only drawback was the selection available at breakfast if you weren't there at 8 a.m. Nothing was added. (Eggs, cheese, fruit or vegetables) We also only had light double rolls or perhaps these are the only ones available in principle.

We had a trip to the Eibenstock bathing gardens and used the hostel for the night. We were welcomed very nicely and in a familiar way. The telephone reservation also went great. The accommodation is very clean and the breakfast buffet had a large selection. We'd love to come back!

A place where friendliness is very important, everything is clean and tidy and you are right in the middle of the action. Fairytale hike is mega...bathing area is currently under construction but still very relaxing... and of course the Wurzelrudis adventure world leaves nothing to be desired for children and their parents

The hostel offers plenty of sleeping options on 3 floors for school classes, family trips or hikers/cyclists. The rooms are nice and practically furnished. All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are freshly prepared, are rich, varied and very tasty. There is a wide range of activities in town, whether for relaxation or to have fun. The staff at the hostel are very friendly, ask how you are and take care of everything. A pleasant place to get away for a few days. Highly recommended.

After a very nice contact, the extra bed in the family room was no problem at all to accommodate my whole bunch of rascals. I didn't expect a shared kitchenette including a refrigerator around the corner. I was all the more pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was rich, fresh, attractively prepared, and we were specifically asked about any special requests instead of me having to chase after one of the staff. Quiet location, parking right at the entrance. Will definitely come back!

Great hostel, I haven't stayed in such a good hostel for a long time.Hygiene was top, which cannot be said about some facilities.I'd love to come back.Therefore 5/5 stars

We really like it here, everyone is friendly and for the children there is Wurzelrudi's adventure world right behind the house. You can spend hours there without getting bored.Top!!!I will recommend you and thank you for the great support.

The best hostel I know. We were here with 4th grade children. The rooms are great, the food is a sensation. Better than many other hotels. The staff and the boss were always friendly and helpful - even with 50 noisy children. Everything was well organized and I can only recommend the hostel!

Very nice hostel. The location directly on the slope is ideal. But what we liked best was the service. All issues we had were resolved quickly and easily and with genuine warmth. Many 5 star hotels don't care that much about their guests.
