Bad accommodation, unfriendly owner

Too bad,We (11 drummers & a teacher) were here 5 times in a row and are no longer allowed to come, 2020-2024 every year in October for 5-6 days.We used room 6 in the attic with sloping ceilings as a lounge. Unfortunately there was two damages to the wall caused by moving the beds.The damage could have been paid for, but it is of course easier to block the group.Our bottom line tip was 70 euros, so another solution could certainly have been found.Too bad.7.10. - 12.10. 2024REPLY TO LANDLORD'S COMMENT.OF COURSE WE WANTED TO CONTINUE COME TO YOU! THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME BACK 50 EUROS, WHICH I REFUSED IN THE PRESENCE OF A STUDENT'S MOM. THAT'S WHAT I MEAN BY THE WORDS -Bottom line-. I HANDED YOU 20 EUROS IN THE EVENING AND CAME AGAIN TO GIVE OVER THE KEY THAT A STUDENT ACCIDENTALLY PUT IN.THAT MEANS THAT IN TOTAL THERE WAS 70 EURO (Bottom line) TIP.I DON'T FEEL LIKE THE BOTTOM DRAWER.I AM APPROX. DROVE AWAY FROM THEM AT 3 PM ON 10/12/24 & WAS APPROX. 7 PM BACK WITH THE ROOM KEY. AT THIS POINT, IN MY OPINION, YOU WOULD HAVE HAD A LOT OF TIME TO LOOK INTO THE ROOMS UPSTAIRS TO WHETHER EVERYTHING IS TO YOUR SATISFACTION. YOU DIDN'T. I ASKED IF YOU HAVE BEEN UP ALREADY. THEY LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE. YOUR REAL ANSWER, -I WASN'T UP FOR TIME REASONS. - (2 MINUTES WALK TO THE 3RD FLOOR.)IN MY OPINION, AT THIS POINT YOU COULD HAVE SAYED YOUR DEFECTS. A STUDENT WAS SITTING IN THE CAR, WE COULD HAVE PREFERRED THE BEDS FROM ROOM 6.WE SWEEPED EVERY DAY AND ALSO FINALLY DELIVERED THE ROOMS IN A SWEEPED, NEAT CONDITION. I EVEN BOUGHT A BROOM. IT WAS A NICE TRADITION THAT WE COULD CONTINUE OVER THE NEXT 20 YEARS, BUT THE CLEAR YES TO THE QUESTION: CAN WE COME AGAIN? - !!!October 22, 2024Addendum:Since 2021, I have always written to you via WhatsApp on the day of departure (Saturday) with a specific date asking whether we can come back next year. Every year you answered and confirmed it with a resounding YES via WhatsApp on the same day or on Sunday.Last year's trip took place from October 10th to 14th. 23 instead.Last year your answer came on October 14th. & 10/15/23,It was the same in the years from 2021.I asked specifically and you answered specifically up to and including 2023.

Really nice old villa fairly close to Leipzig. The rooms are spacious and have a cozy feeling. Check in and out is very simple and efficient. The host is very friendly.

It was really great here, we thought we had a holiday apartment, but that was a mistake by my husband, who booked it and didn't read it properly. We were so positively surprised, everything was great, especially the landlady, such a nice person. The only thing I was missing... a nice seat in the garden. There was something there, but it could have been made a little nicer. As I judge the nice lady, that will definitely come. If I come to the corner again, I will definitely stay there again. By the way, the people in Meuselwitz are very nice and accommodating

Well yes! Kitchen at your disposal... there is no shortage of salt and a lot of ingredients in the pantry! Very good!

Very unfriendly lady on the phone who doesn't want guests. I'd rather book somewhere else where they look forward to welcoming guests

The Neatness of the Villa really got me Wow(ed) and the services were great and about the Location and Quietness, I will say *GREAT*

Very clean. The friendly, helpful owner gives you a good feeling from the first contact. Rooms are lovingly furnished and decorated. Everything seems friendly and clean. Sufficient free parking spaces. If you want to cater for yourself, you will find everything you need for cooking in the separate kitchen. Shops, Netto and Aldi, 5 minutes walk away.Unbeatably cheap at 38 euros per night per single room!Definitely 5 stars.
