Cozy hotel in a good location, a recommendation especially for athletes, the cuisine is very good with a large selection beyond traditional home-style dishes (including great options for vegan diets, including at breakfast). The small, cozy sauna is the icing on the cake after a strenuous day. We felt completely comfortable.

We ate at the inn today, unfortunately we were no longer satisfied with the food, the sauerbraten with ready-made sauce didn't taste good, the brawn and mushroom cream didn't taste good either, ready-made sauces were used again.

We were guests in Seiffen for a 4-day short vacation. First of all: The food is extremely good. The venison goulash, for example, is an absolutely recommended dish. The service is very professional and also very friendly. The centrally located hotel with a public restaurant makes a decent impression from the outside. The only point of criticism I have is that a rustic atmosphere is always well received and I am an absolute fan of such facilities, although this does not necessarily have to include pretty worn furniture. That was somewhat in the context of the appearance and the claim that this hotel wants to convey with gastronomy. But as mentioned, the food was very good!
