After we had already ordered food here for New Year's Eve, we now wanted to eat directly in the restaurant.We decided to reserve the Valentine's menu here and were pleasantly surprised.Right from the start we were warmly welcomed and shown to the table. The food was delicious, everything tasted very good and was well coordinated. The service was professional and familiar, there was immediately a feel-good atmosphere. The ambience is also high quality.All in all a very nice evening, many thanks to the kitchen and the service.Edit October 10, 2024The service was also very attentive today, the food came very quickly and tasted good again.Conclusion: if you want to eat fancy, this is the place for you.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location with convenient tram connections. Our room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and always courteous. We were particularly impressed by the delicious and rich breakfast, which left nothing to be desired. Dinner in the in-house restaurant was also a pleasure - fine cuisine that really impressed us. The free parking spaces directly at the hotel are an additional plus point. We would definitely like to come back and would like to thank you very much for the great stay and the excellent service!

A great hotel with friendly staff, great cuisine (both morning and evening).Large rooms with large beds. Daily cleaning.Lots of parking spaces around the hotel - and if there aren't enough, on the street too.I didn't use public transport. But if you complain in the reviews that the hotel is so far out of town, you can know that beforehand.We felt very, very comfortable during our stay.

There was nothing for us to complain about. Everything was clean, staff friendly, breakfast great. When the train runs again, you can get to the hotel very quickly from there. With the SeV we just had to walk a little further. But it was ok.

Very spacious room with balcony, TV, nice bathroom. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties as there are thresholds and high shower trays everywhere.Service is top, there is nothing to complain about.Location of the hotel a little far from the city center (approx. 25-30 minutes by car, 45-70 minutes by public transport)The restaurant in the hotel is a bit more upscale, but worth the money.Breakfast is really great, leaves (almost) nothing to be desired.

This was my second time at this hotel, this time with my husband and six friends from MV. We were all more than satisfied. My telephone questions in advance during planning were always answered in a very friendly and patient manner. The entire staff was friendly, the large rooms with super wide beds and excellent mattresses, as well as the great breakfast buffet make up for the minor problem that the S-Bahn is gradually being replaced by buses due to renovations.Despite having a slight difficulty walking, the walk to the bus stop was manageable and felt really good after the hearty breakfast.All in all: If we ever come to Leipzig again, the Best Western will be our first address. Thank you everyone.

Good, but away from the shot...What needs to be highlighted is the breakfast, we've been to many hotels, including higher priced ones, and even there it wasn't that good!What we had on the weekend (not during the week) was loud, and it actually woke us up.

The hotel is in a dark corner, you don't feel encouraged to leave the house in the evening. The rooms are large, clean, the bathroom is modern. The beds are large, higher for the age and nice and wide and comfortable. Unfortunately there is no closet with doors, only open shelves. At least one socket by the bed would be nice; you could charge your cell phone and use the alarm function at the same time. We couldn't figure out whether and how to switch the hallway and room lights separately - so everything was always flooded with light.The breakfast was good and varied overall. The selection of bread and rolls was quite mediocre, coffee was quite thin, other coffee drinks were not included, but could be purchased for a fee.The staff in the breakfast room could smile from time to time, but the employees at the reception were very polite and open-minded.Price-performance ratio is ok but not a bargain.

The breakfast is fabulous, the staff super friendly and helpful! But the hotel is too far outside of Leipzig! Public transport with rail replacement service, taxi took 1 hour to get there! And then 50 minutes to the fair. So not recommended without a car! Room without a TV but a TV room, the question is who is it for? More like an apartment!

Very good value for money. Were positively surprised. Quiet location. Many rooms with nice balconies. Delicious breakfast buffet. Sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the house.Very friendly, attentive and helpful staff who really understand their job and work in an absolutely customer-oriented manner. Rarely have I seen such good staff, whether at the reception, in the restaurant or in the cleaning department. Rooms very spacious. A Kaufland is within walking distance.
