Friendly staff and clean hotel.Breakfast buffet is still ok for the extra charge.Location is nice but noisy (church bells ring for half an hour from 6 a.m. / windows with poor insulation).Whoever came up with the layout of our room has missed the job: toilet/shower with a rickety and transparent sliding door 10 cm next to the bed...privacy and well-being are non-existent!

The location is simply great, very central, everything can be reached on foot within 5-6 minutes, such as the Frauenkirche, the Transport Museum, the Green Vault, the Altmark Gallery, etc.Rooms and breakfast are also very good.

We loved the location of the hotel.We were surprised to see that the staff had limited language skills, so it was hard to communicate, and their attitude was poor and did not care much about customer service.After 3 AM it was hard to sleep due to trucks and workers being loud in a courtyard which echo'd inside our room. For the price of almost $200 a night we were expecting much more from a four star hotel. I would give it a two star and we wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is located on the Altmarkt directly in the center of Dresden.A great location - you can reach a lot of things on foot from there.The rooms are attractive and have a refrigerator.The breakfast is rich and delicious - except for the powdered scrambled eggs. No longer up to date for a hotel of this category.However, the beds are absolutely negative. A full-length mattress for the double bed - well, whoever likes it. Maybe ok for younger guests. But what doesn't work at all is the fact that this mattress is on chipboard.This base has the serious disadvantage that the mattress quickly becomes moldy due to a lack of sufficient ventilation. Extremely unhygienic in a hotel room with constantly changing guests. Due to the lack of an elastic base, the comfort of lying down suffers considerably. The very first morning I woke up with back pain. When asked about this defect, I was only offered an additional topper. After three nights my entire back hurt and I could hardly move.Conclusion: Actually a nice hotel in a top location. However, absolutely not recommended for guests with back problems!

Located right in the city center, the location couldn't be better. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast is very appealing. Since I was here as part of a conference, I can only praise the good organization of the conference.I would be happy if we came back next year

Very centrally located, everything can be easily reached on foot or by public transport.Very nice welcome at the hotel, room could be checked in early.Room itself Very clean and tidy, functionally furnished.The service was friendly, nice and very quick.The breakfast left nothing to be desired.Everything was sufficient and everything was quickly refilled.All in all, great hotel!We'll definitely be back!Keep it up!

Location is great, right on Altmarkt Square. There is the Striezelmarkt in winter. Attention: volume up to 10 p.m.!If you arrive by car, you can park in the parking garage right next door and get your ticket free of charge at reception.Would book again immediately.
