I'm a solo traveller in Indonesia. I arrived to this guesthouse to find out that they were giving me a room much worse than the one I booked (I booked the suite with balcony) because they gave my room to someone that booked last time onĀ ā¦

They gave me a room much worse than the one I booked because they said my room was actually given to someone else that booked on Airbnb last time and probably paid more for it. First thing I saw when I tried to enter my room was a huge rat. I asked them to change my room to the one I actually had in my reservation and they said they couldn't because it was for someone else now. I had to leave to find some other place last time. I'm a solo traveller.

What a terrible stay! First of all, how to get there. Walk a few meters with your suitcases between market stalls and scooters. When we got there, nothing was as it seemed in the photos.Ā ā¦

Very dirty. The musty smell is unbearable.The bathroom tiles have stains that I prefer not to know what they are.The only good thing is the perfect location although there are thousands of accommodations in that same area. Breakfast is not bad either.We have two more nights left and I'm looking forward to them.

No hot water! Ventilation constantly open to the outside so we air-condition the outside air. Dirty bathroom. Dirty pool. Very good location! Decent breakfast. It's not worth the price, you can find the same for less.

I initially booked this place for 5 nights, I only stayed one. At first glance the room looked ok, but restroom, was so dirty, like never has been clean, shower was so smelly, glass shower and mirror very dirty, sink with some toothpaste marks and the toilet I rather not to describe but you can imagine, we couldnāt sleep from 4 am as we only wanted to leave the place, at 6 am we decided to cancel booking but owner or receptionist (not sure as they donāt have an āofficeā or reception area) wanted me to pay the cancellation fee, after I explained the reason she asked me to go back as she would try to clean, unfortunately I was decided to just leave the place as the only thing that I can picture in my head was the toilet, paid for the day and leave. I strongly suggest to look for another places farther (5 min away) as all the ones close to the ubud palace are king of the same.

Very expensive for the value you get and a low quality hotel!There is no water flow in the shower and sink.There is no soundproofing inside the rooms and there is the noise of roosters for several hours starting around 6:00 in the morning.It is better to take another hotel in the same area

The treatment is shameful, from this hotel they have left us with faded clothes for the entire trip and on top of that they are not responsible for anything.Treating us very badlyAnd to make matters worse, one of us checked in a day later and when he arrived they told him he didn't have a room! Why say you are giving a room if you are not going to give it and you are leaving a person on the street. I can't give a zero if I wouldn't give it to you.

The owner is an impressive liar, they ruined 4 people's clothes with bleach throughout the entire laundry, a friend made a reservation to sleep with us and they took away her reservation for complaining to us about the clothes (since she is the only one who speaks English)The room is disastrous, the shower does not release water, the air conditioning does not work, it is stuck at minimum and the room is an oven or a freezer, to make matters worse we try to talk to her politely, she gets angry and leaves.

Itās rated 2 star but itās surprisingly good. Great location, not easy to find the first time as you have to walk through a narrow market alley to get there. The staff are great, helped with booking tours and arranged our laundry.

I checked in late and no one is on the front desk. The location is in the central of ubud, BUT, it is inside a small alley and inside a traditional balinese house area. Which is okay if you are not traveling with a car. however, the room is suuuppeerr damp like you can smell it strongly and i have to sleep with this strong smell. This is probably okay if the bed is clean, but it is not. I can smell that the pillow sheets are not fresh from the laundry and the worst thing is : i found hairs on some pillows. I have to sleep on top of my fresh clothes because i dont want to sleep on a dirty bed.

Bad experience for me. Didn't knw the road is not assessed by car when the ART street is operating. Need to walk in with luggage from the main road. No proper reception counter , and no intercommunication between staffs. Had malfunction AC and fan, owner brought me small fan which is not helpful. Asking for extension wire , which owner just put the dusty extension wire on my bed. Ask to chg us to another room claims no more room but vacant room notice was put on the front entrance. Not to mention dirty bed sheet and malfunction shower water source . Super hot with minimal cold water. Worst is no water at night and the next morning. Owner offered me another room to bath and operator came to rescue the water source. The water supply is only last for 2h then no water again.... The pool is dirty looks like stagnant water. Definitely will not come again..
