Above all, the immediate proximity to the train station, from where excursions into the Elbe Sandstone Mountains can be undertaken in various directions, makes this bed and breakfast hotel extremely attractive. The rooms are fine and the breakfast meets all expectations.

Nice, pleasant hotel, very friendly staff, good, filling breakfast.As a “public transport traveler” very well located, with the best train connections and central bus station with all buses to Saxon Switzerland, perfect.The old town of Pirna, within easy walking distance, would be happy to return.

The hotel is located near the train station and a main road. Our room in the attic could only be reached via the stairs. There is no elevator. You couldn't sleep in the room because of the heat in August, there was no air conditioning, although there was a fan in the room. No proper darkening on the windows. Equipment in the room and bathroom is poor.The windows had to remain closed because of the train street noise. There was no refrigerator in the room. Cold drinks could be bought at the reception in the afternoon, the existing terrace was not in use, no chairs, no table. The breakfast was okay! Overall, way too expensive! Not recommended!

In itself a nice hotel. The location at an intersection right next to the train and bus stations. Traffic light with signal right in front of our window. Very warm, windows open. No fly screens on the windows. Lots of spiders. Big praise for the breakfast. Cozy space, good and extensive offer. And it was delicious. Coffee machine for cappuccino etc. was great.

Everything was very solid for a two day stay. Found the hotel and parking space straight away. Everything went smoothly at reception. Although the room was adequately furnished, it had an unpleasant smell. The fan was nice and comfortable for the night.

For what the hotel offers, the prices are really high.Right on a busy street and close to the train station. So accessibility is good. But that was all positive. The rooms are very small. The tiny, musty bathroom is a disaster. The beds are not height adjustable. Sockets are in short supply and the ones that are there are terribly poorly placed. Cleanliness was ok.Breakfast was so-so, nothing special.Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel.

Small hotel in Pirna. It's on a busy street, but we didn't notice any major street noise. The hotel is actually a bit noisy. Our room was under the attic, definitely large and spacious. But I can imagine that it can get quite warm here in summer. The bathroom is very old fashioned! Breakfast but good and sufficient. The reception is not open all day. There is the option to store your bike in the basement (which is locked at night). There is also the option to charge your bike there.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always enjoyed it for two nights. Now we won't come back.When we arrived at 1:30 p.m. on the day of our booking and asked politely whether the room was ready, we were rudely approached by a lady who was about to do cleaning work; check-in wasn't until 3 p.m. You have to know that the reception was not occupied. After we said that we had just arrived after about 600 km of driving, she took the liberty of putting her mop aside and asking. Lo and behold, we were given the room key.Furthermore, we have never experienced, even in a 3* house, that the beds are not made. Cleaning only takes place every 3 days or upon personal request after registration. For us, this is not customer service.As a note, the receptionist was very polite and helpful.

We had booked for 2 days including breakfast.Pirna S-Bahn and bus station as well as bicycle garages are directly opposite. Car parking spaces are behind the house.The reception was very friendly, with your room cards you get tickets for public transport for the duration of your stay.Our room was renovated and quite chic. Large box spring bed, bedside tables, 2 sockets on each side, another 2 at the side table with chairs, large open clothes rack in the entrance area was very practical and exactly suitable for a board trolley.Another mirror there would be practical.Bathroom a little older but spotlessly clean. More coat hooks and storage space would make sense in the bathroom. There is no space for wash bags that cannot be hung up.There is no elevator, but there are large, wide carpeted stairs so you can hardly hear your neighbors coming home.We had both windows open, the noise from people walking past and driving cars wasn't that bad and after about midnight you could hardly hear it anymore.The reception is open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.The front door is then closed, but can be opened with the room card.The breakfast room is bright and friendly and the breakfast buffet is completely sufficient: coffee, tea, water, milk, bread, toast, various rolls as well as various types of cheese, sausage and jam.Yoghurt, muesli, various scrambled eggs, boiled eggs.If you don't mind street noise and climbing stairs, you're in good hands here.

Super nice and freshly renovated.The breakfast had a huge selection and was always fresh.The WiFi was finally stable and also decently fast, so you could stream a nice film or series.The rating is therefore absolutely not justified.The team was also super friendly

We only spent one night here, the rooms are rather unsuitable for a longer stay. There is no way to hang clothes and the furniture and carpets need replacing. The beds are fine with sturdy mattresses.The bathroom has no space to accommodate personal toiletries and is also quite small. The walls are very noisy and the street noise is quite extreme in the morning. The location at the train station is good, but there are two very busy streets leading past it. Sleeping with the window open is therefore not possible and unfortunately there is no air conditioning.I give the stars for the very friendly staff, the very good breakfast and the cleanliness.Unfortunately the breakfast room seems very cool, we missed a bit of decoration and a few plants.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not recommended. The rooms are totally noisy and are getting old. Carpets and furniture urgently need to be replaced. In addition, the old floorboards creak, so you can hear every step from the room above. The doors do not filter out any hallway noise at all. Only the beds are new and really comfortable. Overall, however, they do not compensate for the other deficits!!!

Very friendly staff. Nice large room, bathroom a bit small, but completely sufficient. Breakfast great selection, fresh and tasty. Everything was very clean. We really liked it, we'll be back.
