I was very happy with my stay at this hotel! The central location is unbeatable, and yet it is still pleasantly quiet. The hotel's own parking space is particularly practical for 10 euros per night - a fair price. The room really surprised me: for the price you get excellent quality. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating. Since I often stay in hotels for work, I can say that this one is definitely one of the best in its price category. Absolutely recommended!

Nice hotel. Very good location. Good breakfast, nice staff. The only negative thing is that the TVs don't have Netflix or similar, but otherwise highly recommended

For a business hotel, functional furnishings, top price/performance and the disabled-friendly rooms are really disabled-friendly and not just barrier-free.

Spontaneously booked two rooms and checked in an hour later. Beautiful rooms, very modernly furnished and with everything you need. Beds are soft and comfortable, we slept great. Everything was very quiet at night. Everything was there for breakfast and delicious.

Where do I start, where do I end? Even arriving with a car is difficult. The navigation system directs you to a backyard where there is a risk of a fine or even a towing. The route from the backyard to the hotel can only be guessed at. Checked in quickly and parked the car in the paid parking garage. The parking garage itself is very cramped, but still ok, as is the price of 10 euros per night. But you can't reserve, so it's a gamble with around 40 parking spaces for a hotel of this size (172 double rooms). The room we booked was not finished: the beds were rumpled and there were towels on the floor in the wet room. Of course that can happen, but there is no second chance for a first impression. A new room was assigned, so far ok. That was also finished and clean, but it had 2 single beds. A query at reception revealed that we should simply push the beds together. Ultimately, all rooms consist of single beds; there are no (real) double beds. I really can't understand why there is a price difference or different categories at all. The room itself has no closet. There is only a larger shelf, 2 hooks with brackets and a wet room. You practically live out of a suitcase. That might be ok for one night, but I find it less nice for several nights. The wet room has no lockable door (only a sliding door that leaves numerous open gaps) and semi-transparent glass panes, including the toilet. So if you don't live in the room alone, it's better not to have any sensitivities for various reasons. There were silverfish in the wet room. The window in the room cannot be opened, only tilted (1st floor). At the end of September, when the outside temperature was 12 degrees, the air conditioning was still set to cool, and the underfloor heating advertised for the wet room also didn't work. When asked at reception, it would have to be slowly switched to heating. The day after the complaint nothing had been changed. It was sometimes very cold in the room. This is not possible at all and unfortunately shows clearly that complaints are neither taken into consideration nor responded to in a timely manner. The positive thing is that you can sleep well on the beds and there are 2 pillows per person. The mattresses are not saggy, not too hard and not too soft. The breakfast booked corresponds to what has already been described: spartan, minimalist and the same every day. The scrambled eggs are bland, all hot dishes are lukewarm, and the selection is very limited for vegans or vegetarians. In addition, everything is carelessly arranged. It's ok, but who wants ok, especially for the money? Speaking of which, price-performance doesn't match up here for me. In my opinion, the price quoted is a lot too high for what is on offer.A few more positive aspects: the WiFi is very fast, the look is attractive, the location is great and the staff is friendly. The staff can't do anything for the philosophy of the hotel chain. Nevertheless: it was the first and last time I stayed in a Super 8 hotel. There is no need for the operator to comment on this post and ask for another chance.

Could be improved!Access to the hotel poorly described. Hard to see from the outside. There was no refrigerator in the room. Bedding not high enough quality.Room cleaning borderline. Toothbrush cup clearly dirty when purchased. TV not working. Little black beetle. If you arrived late, the criticisms were immediately passed on to the night receptionist. No relief the next afternoon. Then a new room on a different floor. No help whatsoever with rearranging luggage.Apart from that friendly service other reception.Rich and good breakfast. However, not a nice atmosphere.

The hotel couldn't be found straight away.Parking is possible to the left of the house or behind in a parking garage. Costs 10 euros per day.Nice reception and uncomplicated check-in.Small but clean and modern rooms. The breakfast buffet for 16 euros is varied and really good.Great value for money.
