I made a reservation at very short notice. Everything went quickly and easily. The staff was very friendly. The room had everything I needed. I slept very well in bed. The hotel was super central. I was very satisfied.

Very good location, nice room, sufficient breakfast.Faucet much too short, you could hardly get your hands under the faucet. I wanted new towels at most once for 4 nights, but I got them new twice. I was missing a trash can in the room - there was only one in the bathroom. A few more hooks in the bathroom would be an advantage. The breakfast room was very crowded, so you could hardly get a seat and had to wait in a long line (10 people) in front of the buffet. With so many rooms, a larger buffet or two would be quite good. But overall I really liked it.

In my opinion, a system should be installed that automatically turns off the electricity in the room, including the lamp and the heating and cooling system, when you leave the room. This saves a lot of energy and is profitable for you.

We had a late check-in at this hotel. The stuff had emailed us the code to enter our room because the reception is closed during the night. When we arrived, we tried to enter our room many times but we couldn't . Also the automatic check-in machine couldn't find our reservation. We called the emergency number and the overnight emergency guy came IMMEDIATELY to help us. Eventually our room was already given to other people. But he solved our problem within 5 minutes and he found us an empty room. Also he arranged everything so we could get a refund without even asking for it. Whereas the receptionist the other morning was not helpful at all. If it wasn't for the emergency employee, we would be sleeping on the street. He deserves a raise

The price-performance ratio is definitely right. The breakfast is absolutely sufficient. The missing items are always added very quickly.I would only have liked a little more friendliness when checking in.

Rooms are very dated and not very clean. There was still hair in my “freshly” made bed. The shower wasn't exactly clean either. The room is reminiscent of my grandmother's living room and is true to the "tile table and tapestry" style...Because it's located close to the city, it's easy to get from A to B, but it's also very loud.Breakfast is included but not edible, old rolls, no "fresh" fruit. Everything tasted very stale. The staff, listless and unmotivated. When I came for breakfast at 7:00 in the morning, the receptionist took a nap with her mouth open, very friendly welcome (note the irony...)!To make matters worse, we had 4 rooms, one of which was intended for 2 nights and the other for 3 nights. My room has been cleared out, my private items, clothes, electronic accessories, etc. have probably been tidied up by the cleaning lady, packed up and put in a private room for staff downstairs. The colleagues at the hotel didn't call me even though they said they would, nor did they think of simply booking the room for someone else, which we had vacated the night before anyway. The amount of work for the cleaner alone was more than unnecessary, especially since we had communicated everything that way.The only statement from the “hotel manager” was: “Yes, sometimes guests forget all of their belongings and leave them here…”Where I just thought, of course. I travel for 3 hours to leave all my private clothes, keys, charging cables, etc. in a hotel and then drive back... It didn't make any sense. All in all, I would avoid staying at this hotel and would rather spend a few euros more to stay in this beautiful city. Motel One is ideal for this!
