This isn't a guesthouse, it's a smelly flophouse where sleeping is impossible and apparently never cleaned. Plus hotel prices. Booked two nights out of stupidity, but slept in the car the second night. We were afraid at night because a mentally disturbed man was banging on the walls and doors. The operator speaks little or no German and is extremely unfriendly. 0 stars would be appropriate.

A disaster, a double room is just a shop window through which everyone looks. No privacy, the kitchen, or rather the kitchen corner, dirty and smelly, two burners for eight people, fear of touching anything, you can forget about preparing food...I don't recommend sleeping in a car in a parking lot.

Catastrophic conditions. The landlady is grumpy and barely speaks a word of German, the guesthouse is nothing more than a "hallway" with 5 rooms in a very small space. Four of these rooms are rooms, in the fifth, a kind of storage room, the landlady lives and talks loudly on the phone, watches TV, whatever. It smells musty in the bar. I was there for 1 hour and during this time I looked for new accommodation. Every youth hostel, every A&O hostel is like an oasis of well-being opposite this hole.It is incomprehensible that such a stable can call itself a “pension”. Keep your fingers away!

It has shown once again that you cannot always rely on reviews. The rooms were well maintained, everything was clean. I also can't confirm that the rooms were noisy (perhaps they simply had quiet neighbors). Communication with the landlord was also great. Accommodation is only recommended in terms of price-performance ratio

You can't sleep, you hear every word. The room is about 3 m big. The cutlery and dishes stay stuck 🤢🤢. There is no parking space. One thing is good in the city.

Practical for a short trip, quite cheap. Something for less demanding visitors to Dresden.Everything clean and tidy.

Unfortunately you can't give less than one star, otherwise this rating would be 0 stars.Accommodation is advertised that is furnished according to Feng Shui and therefore promises restful nights. There was no question of that, the toilet/shower facilities (both shared facilities) smelled very unpleasant and were anything but clean. Because these are communal facilities, there are waiting times depending on occupancy, which pushes the rest period back. We also advise you not to shower after 10 p.m. as the noise level is too high. The rooms are sufficient for sleeping, but they are by no means suitable for more than that as the size is limited to the bare essentials.Since the first night was anything but relaxing, we asked to cancel the booking and wanted to move out - but unfortunately there was no response, willingness to compromise or understanding of our concerns. We were also told that there would be plenty of parking in the area, especially in the afternoon - but that too was an empty promise. Due to the narrow streets in the area, it was also very difficult to find a suitable parking space for a larger vehicle. The price of this accommodation may be tempting, but I would advise everyone to spend a few euros more and stay somewhere else.

Maybe inexpensive for Dresden. One night was enough.
