Actually, I can't express it. Everything was perfect from booking to saying goodbye. Questions were answered via WhatsApp or by phone. Cleaning equipment was provided immediately at our request. The view of Dresden cannot be topped. We wanted to stay 7 days, it turned out to be 12. Whether supermarkets, butchers, bakers, everything was sent to our smartphone via WhatsApp. If anything was missing, it was at the door almost immediately. A travel cot and free interim cleaning, as well as the use of the washing machine and dryer were available upon request, many, many thanks to Angela, the cleaner and the other brownies. Next time we will book the monthly package

We spent our family vacation here with our children and dogs in the Madeira and Amira apartments.We found everything at the highest level: property: very well maintained, huge...Terrace: large, perfect view, comfortable seating.Cleanliness of the facility and premises: Excellent!!!Excellent additional services: pool billiards, table tennis, sauna with a small relaxation room..WONDERFULLY landscaped outdoor pool area...Cozy seating furniture for the garden area. The holiday apartments are equipped with all amenities and offer everything for a relaxing holiday!!The manager and the owner are always approachable, very helpful and very friendly.PREDICATE: We say THANK YOU and will definitely come back...

We are disappointed. To have received such a service for such a high price. 10 things that definitely need to be changed! The kitchen is very poorly furnished, there isn't even salt or oil and the pans and pots have their lives behind them, not all the lights in the apartment work and the door openers don't work. Every time we had to go downstairs or run up to the gate when we had visitors . The television is broken, the coffee machine and dishwasher are broken and cannot be used. ThenConstant ventilation noises from the toilet, doesn't go away and lights up the entire apartment with annoying noises all night long. All in all, everything is very worn out and getting old. Not cleaned well at all and no utensils to clean yourself..., not even a cloth or glass cleaner available. The cat hair doesn't work at all. This needs to be cleaned better and allergy sufferers must also be informed that this apartment is contaminated with animal hair. We had problems every evening with the children as well as with us, everything itched and was swollen. No wonder with the lint carpets, these are full of cat hair everywhere!!! That borders on physical harm. In addition to long hair in the bed, we also discovered cat hair there. Absolutely no go. We tried to find a reasonable solution with the landlord. He didn't even respond to the criticism. SORRY BUT IT'S NOT WORKING AT ALL. Not recommendable...

We rented the Madera holiday apartment there. A wonderful property in a fantastic location with a view of the Blaue Wunder. The manager and the owner are very pleasant people. We will come back.

As part of one of our projects, we used the Suite Madera as a filming location for a commercial and met a very cooperative team. The suite itself offered a fabulous view over Loschwitz. 2 large bedrooms and a cozy bathroom, a balcony that can be accessed from all rooms and the kitchen-living room with fireplace should be enough for everyone to fully relax.
