TOP HOTEL, we recommend this hotel 100%.The rooms are absolutely tasteful, modern and clean. Even the bed linen is made from natural fiber linen.Breakfast is offered with high quality products. From Tuscan ham, Italian salami with walnuts and osso collo... Goat cheese with figs, various types of cheese... Sliced raw vegetables... Tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella... A whole table full with homemade jams and, and, and.........I would like to thank you for the lovely stay

This was my third stay at this hotel and I will return here again because it is always a pleasure to be greeted so warmly and to be perfectly looked after. Every room here has its own story and you can feel it. Everything here is coordinated with attention to every detail.

We found and booked this beautiful hotel in Bad Schandau for a relaxing and wonderful holiday in Saxon Switzerland.We were absolutely thrilled: the house is centrally located in the town, so road and rail connections are only a short distance away.The family atmosphere of the team is also reflected in the guests. We received a very friendly welcome and were then able to check into our superior room in the attic. The room is very spacious and offers everything you need for a great vacation. The only small drawback that didn't bother us (but is more noticeable to others) is the lack of blackout.The lovingly prepared breakfast buffet was fantastic - with changing, creative creations and egg dishes always freshly prepared by the staff, it was the perfect start to the day.We recommend this hotel more than 100% and already have a beautiful destination for next year!

An absolutely great hotel in an Italian atmosphere.Our room was beautifully furnished in a rustic style with comfortable beds.The breakfast was very well made and there was a new variety every day. Requests were met with a smile and you could also have a nice chat if you wanted.Price performance ratio is very good.Particularly noteworthy is the wine bar in the lounge, which can be used at any time.I can only recommend it.

The house is very tastefully decorated! I particularly enjoyed the wonderful breakfast! My husband likes a hearty breakfast and I like a sweet one. There was a lot of variety for both of us! Everything is prepared with so much love!!! We felt very welcome! Thank you very much for the wonderful service - we'll be happy to come back!

Addendum to my review, taking into account the owner's answer:Error on my part: As already mentioned in my review, the error was on my part when booking. I wasn't aware that there was an error until the time of the phone call and it only became clear to me during the call.Hotel Call: I appreciate that you kindly contacted me to inquire about my arrival time. In view of the extremely positive reviews, including the friendliness in the house, I was even more surprised by the unfriendly tone during the phone call. The points you mentioned (e.g. availability of the room the next day) were not discussed in the phone call.No discussion about costs: At no time was there any discussion about having to pay for the room. I knew this was my responsibility.Main concern - unfriendliness: My rating was based solely on the unfriendly tone in the phone call. You could also have said kindly that you are sorry for the incorrect planning on my part and that unfortunately you can't offer anything more. However, this did not happen.My partner, who heard the phone call, can confirm the rude tone.I generally rate it very positively and benevolently. You can quickly see that in my history. If I leave a negative review, there is a valid reason for it.__I made a mistake regarding the date selection when booking, which unfortunately I didn't notice. On the day of booking we were somewhere else; annoying for me because the booking was fixed and therefore obviously subject to a fee; human, probably.The phone call that followed the hotel's call was all the more surprising because it was already after 5 p.m. (latest check-in).The lady on the phone was extremely unfriendly and downright nasty. At first I didn't know what was happening to me because that was also the moment when I realized that something had gone wrong.- No loss for the hotel as the booking was fixed. I was even less able to understand the process and the rude tone on the phone.Despite the money lost, I was glad I didn't stay here and wouldn't consider it again in the future.

We stayed in Bad Schandau for a long weekend and felt right at home in this family hotel.It's a good thing we booked breakfast too.Nobody should really miss this.Fresh bread and rolls, homemade jams, small surprise snacks, homemade cakes and Italian delicacies - all magically prepared and served in a wonderfully friendly manner.The staff in the house deserve the highest recognition.Another visit is planned.

Very great hotel! We spent 6 nights here and also really enjoyed the breakfast. There is hardly anything to complain about. The bathroom is clean, the rain shower is large. The breakfast is extensive, even though the rolls are tiny, so you can just try several types. Speaking of varieties. Many spreads - especially the vegetarian and vegan ones - are from Koro. You can taste it! Coffee and coffee drinks are available free of charge at breakfast; outside breakfast times you have to pay extra for this using a card that comes with the hotel key.Shortcomings:The WiFi is bad. Unfortunately, you can forget about streaming a film or something similar in the evening.A small refrigerator in the room would be niceAll in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

I had a very nice weekend at the Hotel Albergo Toscana.My room was spacious and pleasantly furnished. I even had a bathtub in room 10. My double bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. The accommodation is only 5 minutes from the ferry, which makes hiking in any direction possible quickly. It's also worth it to be close to the thermal baths, which are cheap, not very busy and have lots of saunas.The friendliness of the staff is particularly great!I was greeted every day by a cute fur bearer for a delicious, high-quality breakfast (see photo).The only thing that is annoying is the busy main road. However, this runs through the entire street village and cannot be avoided. With a sleep mask and Oropax, that wasn't a problem in the end.I'd love to come back!

Probably the nicest place to stay overnight in Bad Schandau. Cozy and stylishly furnished and warmly welcomed - you immediately feel at home here. We reached the balcony through the bathroom, which was also very nice. The Mediterranean style runs through the entire complex and is certainly twice as beautiful in summer. The breakfast is at the forefront in terms of selection, quality and scrambled egg preparation :-) We will definitely be back.
