Was on a short vacation and completely satisfied and can only recommend it. Unfortunately a bit noisy because of the traffic.

When you enter it looks cozy. We 70+ got a room in the attic. No elevator 3rd floor. So just drag. Room is large but sloping walls so you bump your head. No separate shower, only in the bath where you can barely stand. The most terrible thing was the bed, 1.40 hard and 1 mattress. So that when one turns, the other turns with it. My husband slept on a chair and I placed the mattress on the floor so that it stopped wobbling. We haven't slept a wink yet. Breakfast was good. We left after 1 night even though we had booked 3. We hope for a refund🙏

The hotel or guesthouse is 3 minutes from public transport and a 20 - 23 minute walk from the center. That was very positive because we wanted to go to the Striezelmarkt. The reception area is cozy thanks to the fireplace. There is also a fireplace on the first floor. The furniture in both areas is a bit mixed together, but that doesn't detract from the coziness. The rooms are a bit spartan (i.e. our corner room), but clean.Which was just a bit exaggerated and incomprehensible for me, €12.50 for a very manageable breakfast. A small cheese and sausage platter, a few sliced vegetables (cucumber, peppers and tomatoes), a fruit bowl, breakfast eggs and of course the usual packs of jam, honey, processed cheese and nut spreads. Good - you've had enough.

So I can't complain about the hammam and the serviceI can't say anything about the hotel itself. But the entrance area looked very pleasant. We liked it again 👍👍

Great villa very close to the city and tidy rooms but very untidy around it. The woman at reception was very friendly. My husband had booked me a hammam once with a full body massage for an hour but it turned into 2 hours (then I had to pay more) because I only had that older man was supposed to go to the sauna and he explained everything about the villa and the hamam to me in great detail before we finally got started... the massage was sometimes too rough and too intrusive for me... I would feel more comfortable with a woman...

The hotel is too expensive for what is offered and the description on the internet suggests a better standard. Unfortunately the room was very dirty, the bed was worn out and not cleaned. In addition to a missing holder for the shower and the missing shower curtain, the previous tenants' garbage was still in the room and on the balcony. The location is not ideal and you are woken up in the morning by street noise. Due to the lack of air conditioning you have to keep the window open, which needs repair. In addition, there doesn't seem to be any cleaning staff at the moment. Unfortunately a disappointing stay. Only the person at the reception was very nice and accommodating.

The treatment in the hammam was very pleasant! Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, great massage. I felt super relaxed afterwards and my skin was wonderfully soft!We were warmly welcomed and given a detailed introduction to the hammam area and the massage. About the process, how we can relax in advance with the saunas, and how we can make it clear which areas we want to have massaged.
