I visited the Limehome Hotel in both Leipzig and Dresden and would like to share my experiences. The apartments are cozy, well cleaned and you can really feel comfortable in them. However, the service is simply catastrophic. It is said that you can call at any time and get help - unfortunately that is not true.In my case, the TV wasn't working, so I called customer service. I was promised a call back, but this never came. One day I came back to my room in the evening and the building was being drilled so loudly that I could no longer understand my own words. It was about 7:00 p.m. I called customer service again and explained that I would like some rest after a day of work and asked them to do something about it. Again I was promised a call back, which again never came.When I called again, I was told that there was nothing they could do about the noise, but that the matter would be referred to management and I would receive a call on Monday. This call was not made either. Instead they sent me an email saying they had no control over events outside the building. I then explained that the noise was clearly coming from one of the neighboring rooms, to which I received no further response.In summary: The hotel is nice and clean, but in case of problems or urgent situations you cannot count on customer service. If your TV isn't working, it's best to learn how to fix it yourself using YouTube tutorials. If it's too noisy, we recommend taking a walk around the city. In any case, it's not worth wasting time with disinterested customer service.

So that was the best thing that happened to me here in my many years on my weekly business trips to Dresden. Pro: very central location to all attractions, tram and restaurants. Direct access to the city center.Bright rooms with large balconies - functionally furnished.Cons: Price/performanceRooms have clear signs of wear on the walls and some of the furniture.Overall it was clean, but the apartment could do with a deep cleaning (e.g. shower).Unfortunately, the sofa bed is a disgrace as it is already clearly worn out and creaks with every movement.Unfortunately a little below expectations for the price.

What can you say here Top Top location within 20 minutes on foot everywhere, less than 5 minutes to the old town and the tram is right in front of the door.I would recommend booking the holiday apartment directly through Limehome 1. you really save money and 2. I would definitely book the parking space in the underground garage at the same time (€10 per day) anyway you can only park in parking garages and that are definitely more expensive. Beds, balcony, bathroom etc. I think everything fitsI can only recommend that I will book more with Limehome in the future when I am in other cities

Great location, remote access to the apartment required providing a lot of data, spacious rooms, but at high temperatures, the lack of air conditioning is noticeable. The underground garage is a big advantage.

Disgusting hotel for the money.We travel a lot and have stayed in hotels of this type many times, where registration and entry to the room using a code, we have never had any problems anywhere.But only here we spent 50 minutes to get to our room. We had to call support, send them a video of us entering the code (which obviously didn’t work), they sent us a bunch of different codes, and all this time we stood tired at the door.The website allows you to request early check-in, which I did the day before the trip. But early check-in did not happen (how can we understand this, we were in the season, perhaps we didn’t have time to clean), but when we arrived for standard check-in, our room was still being cleaned by the staff, we waited about 5 minutes for them to finish. They closed the door and said that we could move in, but the code didn’t work. While we were talking with support, one of the cleaners could come back and open the door for us, but support could not organize this.The room itself is very tired and in need of renovation. All the walls are smeared, the pillows are out of shape.On the first day we did not have hot water and we washed in cold water (it was +30 outside and we wanted to take a shower several times a day)We had 521 rooms, with windows facing the street. It's just dark, there is no air conditioning in the room, just a very loud fan. And here you don’t know what’s worse, the fan or the sound of the tram and people under the windows. We didn't sleep all 2 nights. It's hot outside, and there are screams and trams outside the windows.The balcony is a separate horror. Yes, it is big and comfortable, but some kind of metal grill separates you from your neighbors. Because of this, there is no talk of any privacy; all conversations, music and smells (cigarettes, food) fly straight to our room.The kitchen had a lot of utensils, which was a plus.But we stayed for 2 nights together and were provided with 3 capsules of coffee and 1 capsule of cream. It's like we're making fun of us.The only thing that saved us on this trip was that the hotel was in the very center of the city and close to all the attractions.In the future, we will bypass all hotels of this chain in all cities and countries.

Check-in seemed to go smoothly at first, but I was blocked in front of the room (521) that I had already checked in. I entered the password given by the landlord several times but was completely unable to enter. I checked that the room number was absolutely correct. I tried changing the password and contacting the landlord. The system displays an error and the host has not responded in booking or email. I'm not a local, so I don't have a phone number to call the owner. I hope that if the homeowner reads this article, I hope you can contact me and repay the money you took away for no reason.

Actually a top central location with TG in the building complex: but Suite L 523 with well-known defects with significant usage restrictions for which the local staff is overwhelmed/not responsible, long response times and only passive telephone exchange with headquarters, access code TG (two different details? , building code = TG code), signage for room access confusing + too small for the size of the property, access description and structural reference insufficient, "cheap" furniture that will not last long, no dishwashing liquid - no towels / dishcloths, water supply insufficient when used in several units at the same time , roller shutter + balcony door (access impossible) broken, no WiFi access (connection impossible), TV program very limited, TV operation very complex,However, very nice caretaker staff and loyal to the price reduction

It was nice. Everything worked and access was easy. However, it could have been cleaner, dust bunnies, hair, crumbs under sofa bed and bed. Some of the utensils needed washing before use. There was no washcloth.If you notice my stuff strewn about is because there is no real place to put anything.There was a patio with a great rooftop view. You will hear your neighbors.

The apartment was nice and bright and very well equipped. This apartment also had a large balcony.The kitchen had some equipment that was easy to use.The location is very quiet but still in the middle of the city.You can easily park your car in the surrounding parking garages...or take the train, which stops right in front of the door.Checking in and out was smooth and easy.There is one minus point for the terribly loud refrigerator. We had to turn this off at night.

I booked 4 rooms at limehome for a business trip. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. The situation is bomb. But the service, well. A shower drain was blocked and despite direct notification of the problem, it was not fixed. Too bad
