On the outskirts of the city of Dresden, in a very quiet residential area. With free parking at the back of the hotel.If you want to go to the city center you need a car, which is a bit tiring because the permitted speed in the area is 30 km/h.The hotel is good and has a reception even during the night. We arrived late due to a plane delay and the reception staff was very friendly.The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the construction is old.The bed is comfortable, but the pillows not too much.Good value for money and a fabulous WiFi that works perfectly throughout the hotel and in the most distant rooms, and it is also free without having to accept conditions.The breakfast is quite good, with a good variety of hot and cold dishes, nuts, sausages, fruits, yogurts, jams...etc... The only thing missing to be perfect is freshly squeezed natural orange juice in these machines that you you can do it yourself.The staff are very helpful and courteous, although the manager came off as a bit stuck up.

Nice staff, good breakfast, unfortunately too few coffee machines which results in long waiting times. Room and bathroom clean. Deduction from 4 stars because there is a smoking floor in the hotel and at times it smells of it throughout the hotel.

We were here in Dresden via mydays. Somehow only this hotel was possible when booking. Unfortunately, this hotel does not deserve the stars and the premium moniker. The bathroom is old, the joints in the shower are crumbly and partly moldy. The shower curtain on the lead strip was also dim. The toilet roll holder was rusty, I don't even want to know what drops were on it. The extractor in the bathroom didn't work. Probably because it was full. The cobweb from the trigger above the mirror was also older. The beds.........what can I say.........maybe I'd rather ask if the hotel staff would mess with it! My pillow was spotted yellow with dark brown splatters. This is what the second pillow looked like. The ceilings were also covered in yellow spots, riddled with holes from which the filling material was sticking out. Disgusting, I can't say anything more about it. Had everything replaced. It took a long time to find something reasonably clean. Now for breakfast. Here you had 3 time windows that you had to set at check-in. We decided on 7:30-8:30. If we were there around 8, then we had to move quickly because shortly after 8 the queue from the next time slot was already in the starting blocks and waiting for free places. Uncomfortable when the people next to you basically look at your plate and ask you if you're almost ready............ The breakfast room is in the basement, which made it uncomfortable (for me). The buffet was set up in front of a tiled wall with brown streaks running all the way down. Sausage, cheese, cereal, coffee, fruit, yoghurt etc. were ok. There were also baked rolls. Can you eat sometimes, but in a 4* premium hotel??? What was positive was that the staff was consistently friendly. I would like to give you the tip: if you have the opportunity, go to a better hotel. The public transport is also positive. Tram stops and bus stops can be reached in 5 minutes. Unfortunately I can only advise against going there. Mydays should also deal with this. We received this voucher as a gift. The gift givers apologized for it being a bad hotel. This shouldn't have to happen because you assume that if you give something like this as a gift, it will be a great thing. .........

This hotel does not offer the standard of a 4 star hotel. More like average 3 stars. In the bathroom, the joints in the wall tiles were crumbling and various tiles were loose or chipped. The furniture is already very old.The bar didn't even serve shandy or non-alcoholic cocktails.The breakfast was sufficient and okay. Very unfortunate 2 breakfast rooms, only 1 buffet. Very restless and disturbing due to crowds of people. A leisurely breakfast is not possible.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and you can reach the Elbe in 10 minutes. The connection to Dresden is also very good, 30 minutes and you can reach the old town by public transport. Nice restaurants in the area on foot.😊

The hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. The rooms are not clean, full of dust, the showers have mold in the joints, the tiles in the bathroom are loose and what is still very negative is that the exhaust system in the bathroom doesn't work at all. The beds are far too soft, so if you like it, always go for it.The bar didn't want to call itself a bar, so it was advertised on the website with shaken cocktails and freshly tapped beer (from the bottle), long drinks are not cocktails.....and far too small for a bar, hardly any seating and no ambience. It's a shame actually.Well the next negative thing we would never have expected in a 4 star hotel was the breakfast. First of all, when you arrived you had to say when you wanted breakfast, there were 3 times to choose from, so a little tip: never go after 8 a.m., you won't get anything if you ask. (No panecaks, no fresh fruit, no chocolate, cheese cold cuts...etc.) The tables are cleared but I think that a serving trolley doesn't have to be visible to the public for clearing, so we found it very unpleasant that the one next to us During breakfast the tables are cleared and the leftover food is scraped into a bucket... something like that can be done in the background. Tables were wiped with a cloth that wasn't even rinsed in between. It was very disappointing, so on the last day for breakfast we just wanted to leave quickly. Nobody can really deal with complaints/short suggestions, which are just not that great, and communication from the staff at the reception should also be worked on. It can't be that you get different information about the underground car park, one says that the parking spaces where you're at a bit of an angle cost €5 per night, the other says €10. The next day you get the message that they all cost €10. We haven't been this disappointed with a hotel in a long time. I would also like to know how this hotel got 4 stars - there isn't even a safe in the room or a minibar. The location isn't exactly appropriate either, so if you want to go to the city center it's easy to drive, but you'll spend ages on public transport. It's a shame that you might have to think again about what hotels and restaurants actually mean.

4 stars are not justified at all. Employees are very hard working. One employee had to operate the reception and bar alone, which was of course impossible. Rooms in need of renovation, cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Too far from the old town. Parking space free of charge.

Stayed in the hotel with 3 people.Rooms very spacious, but quite old (shower, television etc).Coffee machine in the room - unfortunately there is no socket near where the coffee machine is located!!!Now for breakfast:Completely overwhelmed / ignorant staff, cold cuts were only refilled sporadically, glasses and bowls and spoons were hardly available and not refilled despite requests. Everything was very tight and confusing in the 2 dining rooms.Freshness is also very questionable...

But there is plenty of roadside space in the area.Unfortunately, there was a lot of traffic during my visit, so it was quite loud in the room (foot stomping).There is a sumptuous breakfast buffet
