Large room (combined kitchen, living area, beds) didn't get warm.The room was separated from the stairwell by a sliding door and had a 5cm wide gap to the wall.So ice-cold air rushed in. Unreasonable!See photos for sealing attempts. We went home with a cold.Unfortunately, I didn't complain right away because this incorrectly designed door had probably been in use for a long timeand therefore no remedy could be assumed.Good transport connections, stop right in front of the house, you could be in the center in just over 20 minutes.Still relative. quiet.Very good beds, nice bathroom with a floor-level shower that was cozy and warm.Shopping market opposite..

A simple guesthouse that has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Direct access to public transport on the doorstep makes reaching the city center and other destinations very easy, but you can hardly hear trams or buses in the guesthouse.I should also mention the uncomplicated and friendly contact with the landlords; A reported small defect was promptly remedied, that's how it should be! 👍There is enough parking space right in front of the door.The only limitation is the low ceilings in the apartment; for people over 1.90 m tall it could be tight. But that is simply due to the proud age of this beautiful half-timbered house.

This time we were on the ground floor. It was very loud and came in through the old door. The door must definitely be replaced, also for safety reasons. The apartment upstairs was much better.

Super cozy room, ideal connection to the city center by public transport or the nearby surrounding area. The small, cozy, screened-off pub in the inner courtyard invites you to linger...A net just diagonally opposite. We didn't lack anything.Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

Room 3 was clean and exactly as described. The bed was very comfortable, we didn't notice anything from the tram in front of the guesthouse, it was very quiet even though there was a city festival.Public transport is in front of the guesthouse so you can travel with or without a car.All in all, happy again.

We had booked apartment number 3 for four nights. The apartment was as described, check-in went smoothly. The apartment (large room) wasn't entirely clean (cobwebs, dirt on window sills and counters), but it was probably appropriate for the price-performance ratio (even if cleanliness doesn't have to be expensive).We left the accommodation a night earlier because apartment number three is right next to the beer garden and at the entrance/veranda to the pub and during the week there was no sleep before midnight and on Friday not before 2:00 in the morning. Despite the windows being closed! We didn't complain because we assumed that it made no sense since you would hardly stop operating the beer garden and the pub (there was always smoking and music playing on the veranda) because of a guest.Because of the price-performance ratio and the public transport connection directly in front of the house, we would perhaps stay there again, but then in an apartment on the other side (if there is one).

We felt very comfortable. Room/apartment comfortably furnished. Everything important is available in the kitchen. Parking available, tram stop directly in front of the house. Location is good. You can quickly get to the city center. We'd love to come back.

The stay was satisfactory. The bed linen was slightly stained on the first day, but was replaced immediately. The rooms are sufficiently high for me (1.78m), taller people could have problems.The connection to public transport and access to local attractions is easy.All in all we felt comfortable and had a good experience.

Despite the information "non-smoking room" we were greeted by a very unpleasant smell of cold smoke when we entered the room, which was paired with scent sticks that had been set up. Overall it wasn't very clean, plus the bed linen was dirty. We couldn't last more than one night. There was also no on-site service to rectify such deficiencies. Not recommended!!!!
