A very nice hotel, very clean and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel bar closes at 10 p.m., which we as a seminar group very much regretted.

The hotel was decent, but we had an issue with the housekeeping staff. They started knocking on our door at 8 AM, saying they had come for cleaning. We informed them that we were still sleeping, but they returned again after 30 minutes. We were traveling with a group and found that other guests had the same experience. This created a lot of discomfort.We hope you will take measures to improve this issue.

Clean, large rooms, climate at 30° daytime temperature would be desirable. Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Very far from the city center, but good bus connection, very conveniently located to the BAB. The bar can also be recommended for a visit.

Rooms are clean and functional, but very noisy. Unfortunately there is no USB port for charging. The check-in was a bit rough but there were no complications. Our little dog was warmly welcomed including treats, a bowl and a dog mat.The food in the bar is highly recommended! Delicious with top service. I give it 5 stars.

The Ramada by Wyndham in Dresden is just outside the center. In my opinion it has a very good price/performance ratio. There are parking spaces upstairs and in the underground garage. There is also a bus stop right in front of it.The rooms are of sufficient size and are furnished according to standard.You have a beautiful view of Dresden.The Ramada is very suitable for a short stay and business overnight stays in Berlin.We have already tried a few hotels in Dresden. Some further in the center etc. But I would prefer the Ramada again.

During our stay it was certainly the safest hotel in Germany.The Bundeswehr and Federal Police were housed next to us.The rooms are huge (we had junior suites) very clean and quiet.Since we were passing through and were only guests there for one night, the location close to the motorway is excellent.But it's also just a stone's throw from the center.We had booked with breakfast, so I can only rate that, which was excellent.All in all, I can only warmly recommend a stay.

We stayed there for one night as part of a concert. Rooms, breakfast, everything was great. Very flexible, you could even eat after the concert until midnight, and the bar spontaneously stayed open longer because many people attending the concert were still thirsty.

Oh well. We were guests here for a weekend in August but with the temperatures (30° and a little more) there simply has to be air conditioning. We were on the third floor, so we had a room with a sloping ceiling and unfortunately only one window, which of course made it difficult to ventilate at night.Upon request, the nice receptionist gave us a fan in our room the next day. But let's be honest. Why isn't it available as standard in the room when there is no air conditioning and it's summer. We talked to a staff member about the air-conditioned rooms and she also said that even the air-conditioners and the better rooms don't all work. The hotel is simply old...Parking situation was also a problem. We paid €3/day parking fees and when we arrived on the site on Saturday evening all the spaces were already taken. So we had to park on the street outside the hotel. However, the costs for one day were waived.The staff was very friendly throughout and the breakfast was also delicious to emphasize something positive.We won't be coming back anyway - at least in the summer.

I would have liked to stay at the Ramada Hotel Dresden again. I spent a few nights there in May and was satisfied. Now I wanted to reserve a room with my partner for two nights. Unfortunately, there is exactly one barrier-free "single" room in this hotel. So if you're a wheelchair user who needs a barrier-free room and don't want to travel alone, you've come to the wrong place. I was then offered to book the adjoining room and of course pay the costs for two rooms, even though I only needed one. I think that's an absolute disgrace. Unfortunately, this is the second hotel in Dresden that (does not) respond to the needs of people with disabilities in this way. So much for inclusion in Germany.

The rooms are stuffy. There is no air conditioning. There is no refrigerator. I never come. I don't recommend you stay. The elevator is in the center line of the building. The building is crescent-shaped and staying in the corner rooms takes you on a ridiculous journey. It's hot, you open the window and flies come in. I will never stay again.

Generally not recommended. Booking was easy. The rooms are ok, the hygiene, at least judging by the hair, is not. After we were taken out of bed at almost 7 a.m. because of a fire alarm, the staff were completely overwhelmed, left the hotel first, and no one turned off the alarm (could do it), even though the trigger was a piece of toast in the toaster , we were very annoyed. There were no announcements or announcements, just a very loud alarm for half an hour. At least a friendly “sorry” would have been appropriate. A voucher for the coffee bar would have been even better. So it might be. Later we tried the hotel's own restaurant. First of all, the taste was OK. / But if you order a steak medium rare, you want it that way, you were asked for it. When asked, there was no new steak (I haven't tried the steak yet, just cut it), at least a free drink was offered at the bar, which was included in the bill at the end. Here again is the picture of three completely overwhelmed employees who have failed in their job... none better than the other.The location of the hotel is also too far out of the way. Next time I'll happily pay more for a good hotel than for the local taxi companies. Or the money in this hotel was invested incorrectly.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-Edit after the review of the hotel itself: Thank you for your response to my review and it is precisely this response that confirms my opinion and statement of unprofessionalism. With your answer you are trying to put my statement into perspective and even defame me by saying that I probably don't take the issue of security seriously. It may be that you have an emergency plan, but it was not implemented or implemented inadequately. There were no employees to be seen in the lobby. There were no announcements or announcements at all. I didn't see any employees walking in the hallways who were actually supposed to check whether the house was being evacuated during a fire. And all in all, you obviously didn't understand the core problem of my statement. I wish other guests at your hotel better luck than me. The hotel works for sleeping. You just shouldn't expect more. :-)

Old Finn!!!!!Unfortunately, the stay in this hotel was a complete disaster, riddled with unfriendly staff and chaotic conditions. As soon as we checked in, we were greeted with expressions that were more reminiscent of a rainy day in November than of a friendly welcome. It almost seemed as if the employees had a competition to see who could look the grumpiest.The highlight of the misorganization, however, was the fire alarm. Instead of a structured evacuation, there was a wild chaos. The guests were wandering around like headless chickens, while the staff themselves apparently didn't know what to do. A little more preparation for emergencies certainly wouldn't have hurt here.The misery continued in the restaurant. Problems with the food were met with a shrug from the staff rather than a solution.Overall, a hotel that managed to disappoint in every way. If you're looking for a place where you can feel like a disruptive intruder and experience culinary disasters, then you've come to the right place. Otherwise: keep looking!

Located just outside the center but with good public transport connections, bus 68 stops right in front of the hotel and goes through to Postplatz. The location makes it very quiet, in a nice residential area, in the countryside. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, nice and bright and modern furnishings. The bathroom was a bit small, but completely sufficient for two nights with a bathtub and shower curtain, toilet in the bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, we didn't miss anything, everything was served straight away and it tasted good. We found the staff friendly and helpful. There was a fire alarm at 6:45 in the morning and we had to leave our rooms. As a service for the guests of the Kaisermania, the means of transport with departure times and the route to the concert site were posted. We can recommend the hotel for a city trip to Dresden.
