I would not stay at this Hotel again. Room is a way smaller than you get impression trough the pictures and in not such good condition for the price, but that not such a big issue, biggest problem is that the room is not clean, there is dust everywhere and human hairs, allover bathroom and bad.

Oh dear, where should I start? The name of the hotel is absolutely misleading and there was nothing there to relax. The rooms are small and cold, not cozy at all, some youth hostels are better. The bathroom is tiny with a very loud fan. The minibar is also the bedside table and woke me up every time. Our room faced the tram and there was no difference in noise level whether the window was open or closed. The spa area is nice but costs extra. But it is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We were simply charged €100 more because we supposedly smoked in the room, even though we are non-smokers

Very loud, very small. There was hair and soap residue in the sink. For those suffering who have also booked: MUST IMMEDIATELY unplug the incredibly loud minibar. Saves you several sleepless hours.

My review only applies to the private spa in the basement, which can be rented for private groups. Our relaxation stay in the private spa was thoroughly wonderful. The size of the spa is perfect for a group of 6 people. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated, relaxing music from the hotel itself can be played in the background if desired, but you also have the choice of connecting your own music. The soft LED lights integrated into the ceiling create a relaxing atmosphere. We found the water temperature to be perfect, not too hot, but you didn't freeze either - simply ideal. The whirlpool has enough space for up to 6 people without being too cramped; in our opinion, it would be too cramped for 7 people or more; However, additional people could then use the small sauna cabin or the steam bath, both of which are right next to the whirlpool, or relax on the large lounger.Water and several types of tea are available free of charge, as are small snacks (chocolate, crackers). The showers are extremely clean, very pretty and offer pleasantly scented shampoo and shower gel.The toilets are right next door and are also very clean and regularly checked by the staff. What was outstanding was the extremely accommodating service and the hotel's always prompt, informative responses to our telephone and written inquiries. Thanks for this perfect spa day for our bachelorette party!

No information about when to book or when to check in. In my opinion, this is something that potential guests should be informed about. In addition, despite the journey, you find excuses and start making phone calls in the middle of it all. Not the kind of treatment I expect from a hotel!

We were in town for the AC/DC concert and were looking for a simple hotel that had the things we needed. They were: roller shutters on the windows, direct access to the smoking area, safe parking space for the car, direct proximity to the Wasen. This hotel met all relevant criteria. Booked and received 2x single rooms. The positive: It's clean (and not just superficial!), the staff is very accommodating, friendly and what's most reassuring: unobtrusive! The ladies always deserve a good tip! The breakfast is sufficient, fresh and always clean. It whets your appetite! The minibar prices are completely okay. These are things that are no longer a given even in expensive “classy” hotels! Oh yes! The beds are simple but very comfortable and there is apparently a small mini kitchen in the rooms, the use of which I didn't explore further. (200m further there is a really great beer garden! Go there!) I can't say anything about the spa, as it wasn't used either. But he will certainly be cute and just as clean. But where there is light, there is also shadow: it must be a hastily converted apartment building. The hair on the back of the neck of the interested hobby craftsman curls up when he looks at it from the outside. This could be solved more elegantly, purely visually, using the express method. Idea for hotel management: More green on the house wall! Let flowers speak! Create a green oasis of comfort and colors on the terrace!About the rooms: Belly wearers* on the outside be careful! The rooms are a bit narrow and have a correspondingly small bathroom. When outside temperatures are high, heat tends to build up there. The retracted walls are just as thin and if you're unlucky, you'll hear Neighbor 1 snoring, Neighbor 5 coughing and the upper colleague will happily open the toilet seat several times after the work is done. Guys, there's... In addition, the small fridge in the minibar hums at regular intervals, or the Straba flashes by. But this can always be remedied with earplugs! Well, after Angus Young's performance I didn't need that anymore...Fiiiieeeep!Conclusion: If you are looking for a simple, solid, but very clean and friendly hotel and can accept the flaws without immediately rolling your eyes, go there! It is ideal if you are a concert goer or want to be out and about in Stuttgart for a while. However, people who expect a Steigenberger resort at the Aldi price in their unexciting lower middle class world, please book there straight away and don't bother anymore...
