Beware business travelers! I booked and paid for the hotel through Booking.com. The hotel didn't issue me an invoice, instead I received an invoice in Chinese currency - of course without VAT. The hotel works with dubious providers on booking. I cannot now claim my costs from the tax office. The hotel doesn't respond at all.

Great location, nice view from the terrace.It was nice that drinks and coffee were there upon arrival.Disadvantage: We booked a different room and it wasn't like the pictures. It was 4 days and we were informed that there were no TV channels. This was pointed out again on the second day but it wasn't fixed until we left. The light and the wall mirror in the bathroom were broken. There was hair on the bed and there was quite a bit of dust under the bed and sofa.Breakfast had a great selection but some of the rolls were hard and for the price that shouldn't happen. So far it was still nice, but more work could be done on eliminating defects and cleanliness.

The hotel is super centrally located. You are right in the old town. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.It was a shame that there was no wardrobe, so all the clothes were on the wardrobe.The picture on television was also pixelated on all channels, which did not change even after repeated inquiries. Room cleaning takes place once a week and only the towels are changed. It would have been nice to soak it once.The roof terrace is super nice with a great view.

Modern apartment hotel with good facilities, in a central location and unfortunately poor WiFi.We stayed at Felix for 3 days, we had an XL apartment. The apartments are clean and quite new, a bit run down. The location is very central. Dogs cost an extra €25 per night, but no bowl, blanket or similar is provided.Everything largely works via self-checkin without direct contact with employees. The hallways are long and rather dark, probably a bit uncomfortable for women at night.The biggest disadvantage: the wifi was very bad. We didn't have a continuous connection with either Mac, iPhone or iPad. Especially since the Telekom mobile network coverage in the room was very poor. Only suitable for long-term rentals in a professional context if you are not dependent on stable, fast WiFi. A bit annoying given the room price.

We had a great stay. Location 1A. Rooms super nice, modern and tasteful. Roof terrace great. Beautiful breakfast restaurant with a view. Super friendly service. I was even able to purchase a “Felix mug”. That made me very happy. We'll be back

Hotel rooms great. Breakfast sufficient and good. Unfortunately, there was little or no clearing on the roof terrace. Although there was enough staff. The garbage was piled up on the tables. And...very weak...on 2 out of 3 evenings the roof terrace was closed for private events in the evening...where there wasn't even much going on...it's a shame...you should work on it here

The rooms and the staff are ok, but not livable in the summer due to the lack of air conditioning, and you shouldn't open the windows until around 4 a.m. because of the noise. Maybe in winter it'll work.There's definitely more available elsewhere for the price.I

Rooms great, roof terrace very small, the pictures are deceiving. Restaurant selection modest. Wi-Fi in our room was catastrophic and that was right in the old town of Dresden.

We had a pleasant stay in the Felixsuiten am Zwinger. The rooms are very nice and clean, which we particularly appreciated. A great extra are the free drinks in the fridge and the coffee capsules - that's a nice gesture for the guests!Online check-in and check-out was easy and hassle-free, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, I have to mention that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. In summer it can get quite warm, which greatly affects comfort.Overall, I can recommend the Felixsuiten, especially for a short stay in Dresden!

A beautiful and equipped apartment, we had S, so one room... But what disappointed us the most? Definitely don't go in summer, the rooms and this whole house is not air conditioned and there is no fan. Huge heat without air, you can't sleep, cook or even be in the room. 🥵🥵🥵

Positive:The location is very good for things to do.The staff is very friendly.The rooftop bar.There was nothing to complain about about the cleanliness here either.Negative:The apartment heats up incredibly during the day, the lack of air conditioning makes you want to sleep with the windows open, but that's not possible because of the noise on the street. There's a refrigerated container on the opposite side of the street that starts up every few minutes and makes a noise that you have to worry about Can hardly imagine, cars driving past (cobblestones), garbage collection, delivery services from the surrounding restaurants in the early hours of the morning (5:30 a.m.) and guests from the restaurants directly below the apartment do their best to rob you of sleep, a complaint Unfortunately nothing was of use at the reception, we were only told that “unfortunately the guests always have the same complaints”.The television is on a very heavy shelf, unfortunately without wheels. If you want to watch television on the couch in the evening, you have to move the television every time, which can certainly be solved better.There was always a bit of a drainpipe smell in the bathroom, but unfortunately we couldn't find the cause.The WiFi also needs a lot of improvement - you have to constantly log in again.The parking situation in the immediate vicinity is very expensive, an affordable parking space in a parking garage is a few minutes' walk from the apartment.Possibly recommended for traveling on colder days, but in the warmer season you should look for something else.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. Plus point, the hotel is centrally located. You can reach many sights on foot. However, there are other hotels within a 100m radius that have this advantage. This hotel has a 5 star hotel classification. Here you have to ask yourself how you got these stars. There are two elevators for the hotel, one of which was permanently broken. The rooms are spacious. However, there was only room service with a change of towels on one day. You won't find air conditioning in summer. When we were there there were tropical nights with more than 25°C. The staff is very thin. The quality of the breakfast corresponds to a maximum of 3 stars. The terrace on the 6th floor is another plus point. Fitness training is listed in the hotel description. This is not true. The gym is in the neighborhood. There are a limited number of cards for training. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations that it would like to convey to the outside world.

nice roomnice locationnice that we can get our minibar restocked for freecheck in was finecool rooftop bar with nice staff BUThow can you be so thoughtless and not even offer a fan in the heat of the summer?seems like there had been plenty of reviews about the fan/summer and it fell to the management deaf ears?! opening the windows is not an option because there is a tram line right in front. and on some summer nights like tonight it also won't help.also no one at the reception after 6 pm 😂 what an awful price/performance ratio!also 2/5 cleanliness. blood/insect marks on the walls, dusty enough that my allergy acted up, there's a plastic cup of cigarettes from not sure how long ago standing on the side of the balcony entrance which is very gross.also, wifi keeps logging you out and is very slow.thank god I'm only staying here one night

The central location is just perfect and separate bedrooms if you take a larger room. The windows close tightly and keep the noise outside (cobblestones and construction site). The kitchen is very well equipped!The mattresses are rather soft.In room 516 there were two beds with 2x 70cm and 2x 80cm.There are several restaurants in the same building.There are parking garages in the building and opposite.You “flood” the bathroom with the shower. An 80s shower tray and the fitting directly on the buttocks forces people with a little more body to tilt the shower head. The water then goes over the ground-level shower tray. Why do fittings have to be in the middle?

Preferably zero out of five. I recommend everyone who books online to check their booking confirmation immediately. In my case, due to a technical error, there was an incorrect booking date (booking date = time of online booking). After double emails and a phone call, I was met with disorganization and absolutely no willingness to help me or change the booking date. The financial damage I suffered as a result is in the mid-three-digit range.This is not exactly a sign of etiquette and should be extremely embarrassing for the operator.

The location is excellent. The design and furnishings (except for the bed) are also nice.There is a refrigerated container positioned in front of the house that made an unbearable noise (24/7).No WiFi and generally poor internet reception.

We stayed at Felix for 5 nights.We can definitely recommend the hotel.Very great furnishings, great mattresses and everything was super clean. The staff is very, very friendly and fulfills all wishes. We were very excited. Everything is within walking distance. Grade 1+
