Never again! It has now happened for the second time that the staff entered the room without knocking, despite the room being locked and before 11 a.m.! This morning around 9:30 a.m. my room was entered without knocking, when the staff realized that I was present, the staff made fun of them in a way with statements about... room service and do you need anything? ... only after my request did they leave the room again and there was a lot of fun and laughter outside, which cannot be surpassed in terms of bottomless impudence!A question to the entire team including the hotel management, is this your way of running a hotel?? And what's so funny about this situation? And if an employee at the reception makes such a bad statement that the key wasn't there this morning (mind you, I handed in the key at 10:00 a.m.! Chechout is at 11:00 a.m.!), then I give it to them Good advice to Mr. Maurer, replace the entire staff!Best regardsO. Hentschel

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Unprofessional service, a whole range and different smells, the room was subpar. Ashtrays full from the previous person, hair in the sink that didn't belong to me, trash in the park and entrance area... I could go on and on with the list.

I chose the hotel online because I only needed a room for one night. Since I arrived early in the evening on Sunday, the reception was unfortunately no longer staffed. There is a lot of information posted in the anteroom. Also a telephone number if the reception is not staffed. One call and I was quickly connected to someone. After it was clear that there was still a single room available, I only had to enter my name and place of residence with a zip code and was given a code for a safe in the anteroom where the key for the room was. Everything is completely problem-free and simple. The room was adequately equipped, the bathroom was obviously no longer in its original condition, but had already been renovated. Surprisingly, I had no problem with the bed. The hotel has the charm of the 70s in some places. Perfectly sufficient for one or two nights. The smell in the hotel hallway had a mixture of different food cultures, but there was no sign of it in the room. The location itself is quiet, only the barrier for the tram in the immediate vicinity could disturb sensitive minds. Diagonally opposite there is a simple bistro (Bunte Kuh) - not a restaurant - so that hunger and thirst can be quenched in an emergency. The schnitzels are definitely recommended. It's enough for breakfast if you decide to have it in the morning. So you don't have to register the evening before. The breakfast is simple but completely sufficient (bread, various rolls, boiled egg, scrambled eggs, bacon, 3 types of cereal, various types of sausage and cheese, jam, honey, butter and simple orange juice, as well as coffee and tea). In terms of price, it's okay.I had the impression that they make an effort to keep the hotel clean, although some areas need renovation. The hotel also has a parking lot.The staff was very friendly and tried very hard!I would use the hotel again if I am in the area. You have to be aware that you can't expect a 4 or even 5 star hotel for the price. I would rate it as a 3- myself.

I stayed there last week.I booked the hotel online based on the pictures.I have to say it wasn't as pictured, unfortunately. The anteroom was full of packages. The room had a strange smell. I then lay down in bed and sank into the mattress. The pillow of about 40 by 20 was a joke. The shower was new.It was pretty loud and you could hear exactly what was going on in the next room.I was looking forward to sitting outside and working, but that wasn't possible. The desk in the room was not possible to work on.The bedside lamps were not plugged in because there was no power outlet. There was a power socket above the bed.We don't need to talk about the breakfast, it was bad. Will not check in here again.
