Guesthouse in a good location. Within about 5 minutes you can walk to all the important places (main station, Münster, shopping, restaurants, etc.).The entrance is very difficult to find, especially at night. This is located at the back of the house, is unlit and parked so that you have to squeeze between car mirrors. Checking in is relatively easy by calling the phone number on the doorbell and receiving the code for the key machine from the friendly person. However, the phone number is a bit difficult to recognize.The room is relatively sparsely furnished and needs a basic renovation (including open sockets). The beds are made with very old and worn sheets. Each person receives a shower towel and towel. However, these are very clearly discolored.After sitting at the dirty table for 2 minutes, I feel like I'm sitting in a bar. There is an extremely strong smell of cold smoke throughout. The windows must therefore remain open for ventilation throughout the entire stay.There is an extremely strong smell of urine in the shared bathroom. The shower head is broken or clogged so that only a single, very strong jet comes out.

The hotel reminded me of a youth hostel, for the price the room was really okay, it was clean and neatly furnished. Perfect for a men’s trip as it is located in the city center. Gladly again 😃

The technology at check-in is confusing, access to the back yard is blocked and not attractive. The hallway smells of mold, the stairwell is dirty. The room is not cleaned well, beds move very easily. The bathroom is unclean, silicone joints are very dirty. It looks like mold and you can see it too. The sink is torn down and the toilet, well. The general condition is really not good. There is a construction site opposite and it is very loud in the house at night as some people party in the house for a long time.Even if it's cheap, we certainly won't be coming back.

The room is small, but enough for one person. A TV, shower and toilet are available.The accommodation is right next to a bar, so it can get a bit louder on weekends, but it closes at 12:00 a.m.If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, this accommodation is ideal. The location means you're immediately in the city center and just a few minutes from the cathedral.The guest house has two parking spaces, but you don't park next to each other but in a row, so if you drive into the parking lot first and someone parks in front of you, you might be unlucky and won't get your car out.However, there is a parking garage right around the corner where you can park.

Had the most horrible experience here. We came in late and got our key out of the lock box. We went to the floor we were supposed to, and found the key would not work in the door. We tried several times. We tried the key in the next door, and it unlocked it. However, that room was occupied by a very angry man who yelled at us in German. We were obviously not safe, in a sketchy neighborhood in the middle of the night. We sent several emails with no response. We ended up finding a hotel in the middle of the night that cost substantially more. So now we had paid triple for the nights housing. After several complaints, they refunded half of our money. I warn everybody against staying here. They put us in danger and did not try to make it right.

Hotel in the very center of Ulm. Login via terminal. A small room with very comfortable beds, a wardrobe, a desk, a TV and a bathroom.The code to enter the hotel was not sent immediately upon booking, I had to call and the code was dictated over the phone. Also in the room there was no information on the WLAN, what the password was. I had to write and wait for a sufficient time for a response with the WLAN password. Usually this information should already be in the room; there is no need to request it additionally. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower room. Maybe because it's a hostel?

The owner did not send us the registration code, so we could not get the room key and we came at night. The owner did not answer the phone or email.

The good thing was the location and the machine to collect the key, the rest was not so good.The problem started with the parking lot, no possibility to unload the luggage, then we had to park somewhere in the city center.We got the key via a machine, which worked smoothly.We were then allowed to go to the third floor where our room was.When we entered, a very unpleasant smell hit our noses. It was old cold smoke.It was everywhere, in the room, furniture, curtains and even the bedding.The carpet looked as if it had been through a lot, you don't even want to know what it was all about.The sink in the room hardly drained, the toilet was always in two or three rooms, where you didn't want to go, let alone take a shower.There were also two sockets in the room that were open and the cables were sticking out.A disaster for a family room with children.The children's loft bed was very old and squeaked with every movement.Thanks to the thin walls, we also knew when the neighbors came and went, etc.Luckily for us it was only an overnight stay and we were able to leave early the next day.We will definitely never go there again.

As is the rating of the accommodation service itself, it is solid for spending the night and staying in the center of Ulm for a few days. Of course, it is not a top-class accommodation for tourist enjoyment. It has all the housing conditions and contents, albeit a little outdated but useful.

Unfortunately there was no stay. We had booked the hotel for a colleague and he couldn't get into the building with the code we sent in advance. We had announced in advance that the colleague would arrive at around 10:30 p.m. that evening. He then had to book another hotel at short notice late in the evening because he couldn't reach anyone by phone. To date we have not received any feedback from the owner regarding this. That's too bad. We would therefore not book again.

A wonderful place for nature lovers and anyone who likes walking or cycling through nature. There is a zoo and many children's playgrounds nearby. There is also a wonderful mini golf course. Highly recommended for escaping the summer heat. There are also small lakes there. This place is even more beautiful in autumn.

The positive thing to mention is the central location near the cathedral. The rooms are small, the house looks musty and doesn't make an inviting impression. We found the double room we had booked with only one bed, which sorted things out, but it wasn't a positive welcome after a long and tiring journey. More should be offered for the price.
